Exhibitor Service Manuals
Exhibitor Service Manuals will be sent out by GES via email in
September 2017 and will also be available online. Orders for spe-
cial move-in and equipment should be placed well in advance of
the conference to ensure proper servicing and to avoid additional
set up costs. Special requests and unique problems related to dec-
oration and drayage should be addressed directly to our account
representative with GES.

• Cost per 10’x10’ booth is $995.00
• Corner booths are $50.00 extra
• Cost per apparatus space is based on the amount of
space needed. The minimum amount of apparatus space
is 500 sq. ft.
Min 500 sq. ft. = $7.95 psf
501-900 sq. ft. = $6.95 psf
Over 900 sq. ft.= $5.95 psf
Exhibitors that have purchased booth space inside the
exhibit hall and need additional space for larger displays
can reserve space outside the exhibit hall for $500.00 per
unit. For apparatus companies, one apparatus space must
be purchased inside the hall. Additional space can be
purchased outside the exhibit hall for $500.00 per unit.
• 10’ X 10’ booth with back and side draping and identification
sign with company name and booth number.
• Booth fees DO NOT INCLUDE FURNISHINGS OR ELECTRICAL.
• A booth furnishings package and electrical will be available
at a substantial discount before the show. Watch for details.

Exhibitor Registration and Badges
Exhibitors may receive up to four (4) badges
per 10’x 10’ booth that is assigned to the company
listed on the exhibit contract. Exhibitors can register
their booth personnel by downloading the Exhibitor
Badge Form and submitting it no later than Thursday,
October 12, 2017 to the information listed on the
form.
Exhibitor Grand Prize Drawing

Up to a $1,050 credit will be given away to a lucky exhibitor.
The credit will be applied toward their 2018 exhibit space.
Drawing will be held on Thursday, November 9 at 8:30 a.m.
during the annual FSMVA Exhibitor’s meeting at the Grand
Sierra Resort. All FSMVA members will be eligible for the
drawing and must be present at the meeting to obtain their
entry ticket for the drawing. Certain restrictions will apply.
