Maintenance Tips

Shane, Cody & Ashton would like to remind our residents of some

important requests:

1. You must shower before entering the hot tub! Also make sure you are leaving the jets open. This allows for proper water filtration.

2. Please run your garbage disposals once per week.

3. Please place your trash IN the dumpster NOT next to the dumpster!

4. Do not park your vehicle over the sidewalk; it makes for easier snow removal!

5. Let us know if your toilet is running all of the time please.

6. If you work nights, please let us know when you call for a maintenance request, and we will come later in the afternoon, unless it is an emergency.
