This is an application moved on behalf of

anticipatory bail instead of regular bail. Through this order, the order dated
28/09/2020 is rectified/amended to the extent that applicant/accused
Naveen Kumar is admitted to regular bail subject to furnishing bail bond of
Rs.25,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of Ld.
MM/Ld. Duty MM.
The order dated 28/09/2020 stands modified accordingly.

Applicant/accused Dharamveer was granted interim bail
by this court till 02/10/2020 due to long custody period of more than
05 years of accused in jail. In view of recommendations of Hon'ble
High Powered Committee (HPC), the interim bail of
applicant/accused Dharamveer is extended for further 28 days.
The accused shall surrender before the concerned Jail

PS Moti Nagar In view of prevailing threat from pandemic Covid-19,
directions of Hon'ble High Powered Committee of Delhi High Court and to
ensure social distancing in the jail, the application is allowed.
Applicant/accused Salman is admitted to interim bail of 28
days, subject to furnishing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- to satisfaction of
concerned Jail Superintendent. The interim bail shall be subject to
following conditions:
1. The accused shall not leave NCT of Delhi.
2. The accused shall not attempt to contact, threaten
or otherwise influence the witnesses.
3 The accused shall maintain good and peaceful
behaviour.
The accused shall surrender before the concerned Trial
Court/concerned Jail Superintendent on expiry of interim bail of 28 days or
01/11/2020, whichever is earlier.
