    Table-1 showing the age of the respondents

    Analysis:-

    The table shows out of 50 respondents 06 employees are below 20 years of age, 36 are of the

    age between 20 to 30 and 8 employees are of age between 30 to 40 years old.

    Interpretations:

    The graph shows that 72 %of employees are aged between 20 to 30 16% are of age

    between30 to 40 and remaining 12% are of the age below20. this indicates that maximum

    employees in this company are aged between 20 to 30 year

    Inference:

    As the table indicates out of 50 respondents 22 respondents have completed their S.S.L.C,

    07 have completed P.U.C, and 02 respondents have completed their diploma, and 12 respondents

    are graduates, and 07 respondents are post graduates.

    Inference:

    Maximum people working in this company have completed their S.S.L.C, followed by

    graduates, P.U.C, post graduates, and diploma holders as indicated in the graph below.

    Analysis:

    As the table indicates, 26 employees are below 3 years experienced, 13 are experienced

    between 3 to 6 years, 08 respondents are experienced between 6 to 9 years, 01 respondent has the

    experience of 9 to 12 years and 2 respondents out of 50 are experienced more than 12 years.

    Inference:

    It indicates the percentage of employees having experience below 3 years is more followed

    by employees experienced between 3 to 6 years, and employees experienced between 6 to 9 years.

    programmes only once. 07 respondents have attended twice. 00002 respondents have attended

    thrice. 08 respondents have responded negatively saying they never been sponsored for the training

    and development programmes.

    Inference:

    As the table indicates 66% employees have responded positively saying that they have

    attended training and development programmes once. 16% employees responded negatively saying

    they never been sponsored for the training and development programmes.

    Analysis:

    The table indicates that 20 respondents have responded duration of training and development

    as 1 month, 05 responded as 3 months, 12 responded as 6 months. And 08 responded negatively

    that they never been sponsored for the training and development programme.

    Inference:

    It is found that the duration of training and development programmes for 40% of the

    respondents was 1 month. And for 24% employees it was 6 months.

    As the table indicates, out of 50 respondents 39 employees have responded training method

    employed was on the job. 03 responded as both on job and off- the job. 08 respondents have

    responded negatively that they never been sponsored for the training and development

    programmes.

    Inference:

    The method employed is on job training method. Since the company is a clothing firm, it can

    train its employees better in the real working conditions. On job method is handy for training the

    employees in the clothing firms.

    Training programs come useful only when there is a space for open discussion. In this company

    there is space for open discussion between trainer and participants.

    The table indicates that 50% of the respondents responded as the employees are sponsored

    to the training programmes always as per the training needs. And 14% have responded as

    sometimes. And 6% have responded as the employees are rarely sponsored to the training as per

    the needs. And 16% have responded negatively as they never attended any training programmes.

    They responded as never.

    Inference:

    No company will sponsor its employees for training unless and until there is a need for

    training programmes.

    organization as effective, the training programs conducted by the organization are effective.

    As the table indicates 45 respondents out of 50 responded have that there is link between

    training and development. Rest of the 05 respondents opined there is no link between training and

    development.

    Inference:

    As the graph below shows there is link between training and development.

    As the table indicates 66% of the respondents have opined that training programs

    conducted have increased the productivity. 20% have responded that training has some

    times increased productivity. And 12% have responded as training programs have increased

    the productivity rarely.

    Rest of the 02% responded negatively that training programs never increases the

    productivity .

    Inference:

    Maximum employees opined that training programs conducted have always increased the

    productivity. Training increases the productivity and reduces the wastage.

    Analysis:

    The table shows that 50% of respondents have responded that their morale and

    motivation levels always increased with effect to training and development programs, 44%

    have responded some times and 04% have responded as rarely. Rest of the 02% of

    respondents responded as never.

    Inference:

    Hence training and development programs increases the morale and motivation

    level of the employees, since maximum employees have opined that morale and motivation

    level has increased with effect to the training and development programs conducted by the

    organization.

    Since the training method employed in the company is on job training method, hence

    employees felt the above i.e., class room training will never help in actual work.
