Welcome to my
Design World...
During my journey in life, I’ve experienced changes and passions that built my path to where I stand today. Always intrigued by art, colors and shapes, I grew up playing and experimenting with different techniques, trying to understand the environment that surrounded me.
After searching and experiencing many avenues of life, industrial design was where I found my way into the creative world. I studied industrial design in my hometown, where I got my Bachelor’s as an industrial designer. Those five years of college not only gave me knowledge in composition, production and creativity, they also increased my desire to observe, experience and learn from the world and the multiplicity of cultures and environments.
Based on my understanding of design as a universal language and my strong belief that there was more for me to learn, I decided to move to Los Angeles, CA. where after six months of analysis and observation I started my graphic design studies.
I studied at Santa Monica Community College for three semesters, where my knowledge about design expanded and my interest for graphic design intensified. After those two years in L.A., I found an opportunity to move to Kansas City, MO. Guided by my passion for life, my interest in traveling and curiosity for new cultures, I began a life in Midwest, where I continued and finished my AAS in graphic design at the Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley.
Throughout my journey, I’ve found the inspiration for my work in the environment that surrounds me, the composition of basic geometrical shapes and the satisfaction for human needs.
I hope you enjoy your trip around my design world, where I will share with you some of myself and present you with some of my work and the footprints of my journey.
