Graphic styles in motion based and web graphics BY MUNIRBA

Factual A digital desktop is in other words is a magazine or poster. I will be comparing a graphic style of news paper and a news bulletin on TV. There are similarities between both a news paper and the news bulletin such as both use text and images. These are still used differently in both as one Is digital and the other is a digital media product. Both use text and image, in a news TV bulletin, they would have the headline come on the television to with the header at the top of the screen and there would be an image at the bottom, The image would be big, This is similar to a newspaper except in a news paper there would be more headings of other news that is also in the paper. Another point would be that news paper is less time consuming as you are able to skip to whatever page you find interesting, this is very different to news on the TV as for the other news you would have to wait and for each news to finish. In a TV there would be more graphics used as this is digital this would probably also draw more views in to watch their news as they can add more motion graphics such as videos in the news to add more evidence and make the news more interesting and informing. This is very different to a newspaper as this would only contain images and text.

Music I will compare the graphic styles of a music poster and a music video. Both are very much effective. There are similarities between both such as the graphic styles, the graphic styles in a music video would be more effective as there would be more motion graphics used, it would be more effective to the audience as they are able to view the music video and what the effects and transitions used in the music video, a music poster would be effective as well as it would be straight to the point and would inform the audience about the music video e.g. the release date and the cover of the album, such things as this would make the poster more convenient, this is fast to read and get information off. Another point would be that a music poster can be broad casted anywhere and even people with no access to internet are able to view unlike a music video some may not have great internet therefore making it harder for them to access the music video. A music video would also have more views and more graphics making the music video more interesting as some music videos have a short story line , this would also bring in more audience.
