Gratin Dauphinois with small vegetables
Ingredients
• Lutosa Gratin Dauphinois
• Green peas, baby carrots and sweet corn,
cooked and drained
• Gratin grated cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Mix the green peas, baby carrots and sweet
corn to the frozen Gratin Dauphinois and put
into individual ramekins.
Scatter with cheese and put in oven for
25-30 minutes.
Once the gratin is golden, remove dishes
from oven and serve.
