This is an exciting time! The sandwich category is expanding rapidly and Great Wraps is on the

fast track to phenomenal growth. Yet this unique concept is not for everybody. If you are that special person who is very energetic, has a strong desire to achieve your goals, and enjoys success, we invite you to begin your journey with Great Wraps! Together, we can make great things happen!

What is the franchise fee? $22,500 initial store, and only $12,500 for additional stores, should you choose to expand.

What is the ongoing royalty? Only 5.5% of weekly sales.

What is your Marketing Royalty? Only .5% (one half of one percent).

Am I right for Great Wraps? Successful Franchisees are leaders who have a passion for selling, connecting with customers and following the Great Wraps system. It that describes you, we could be a great fit.

What are the capital requirements? Passion and drive are essential…..but you’ve also got to have the funds…at least $70,000 non-borrowed cash and a net worth of $250,000. If you have that, you are well-positioned to borrow the rest.

I already own a food concept, is that a problem? Of course not. Great Wraps is the perfect “next Concept” for existing operators. But don’t blame us if you shift all your focus on expanding with us…..there’s so much untapped opportunity.

What type of locations work best? We look for large day-time population clusters like business or medical districts, strip centers, regional malls, college locations, and airports.

How do I get my store built? Our V.P. of Store Development will help you, your architect, contractor and all other suppliers work through all details to make your store opening as easy, cost effective and trouble-free as possible.

How does Great Wraps support me? We provide you with a complete, proven business system that starts now, from signing your Franchise Agreement, continuing through the Grand Opening and beyond.

Do I need prior food experience? Absolutely not! Many of our Franchisees did NOT have prior food experience. Our Training is thorough, the operation is simple, and our business systems are efficient.

Does Great Wraps grant Multi-Unit Territories? Absolutely! Although not for everyone, we deeply respect your multi-unit aspirations.

How soon can I get open? Once a location has been secured, designed and permitted, a Great Wraps unit can be built and open for business in about 10-14 weeks.

Do you provide financing? We are SBA Registered, so we can help you through 3rd party lenders.

How long will my franchise last? Your Agreement is for 15 years, with a 10-year renewal option.
