CONDOMINIUM SALES BEL AIR - HOLMBY HILLS

In Bel Air - Holmby Hills there were 21 single family home sales in June 2015, up from 11 in June 2014 and a 50% increase

from the 14 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in June 2015 was $5,189,471

compared to $4,147,727 for June 2014, representing a 25% increase. For the three-month period from April to June

2015, the average list price was 4% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2015 was

$4,847,088, compared to that of April through June 2015, which was $5,264,467. These results indicate that the sale price

is trending down. Comparing June 2015 to May 2015, Bel Air - Holmby Hills saw a 17% increase in average sale price, and

a 20% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

JUNE MARKET OVERVIEW

BEVERLY CENTER - MIRACLE MILE

In Beverly Center - Miracle Mile there were 20 single family home sales in June 2015, up from 16 in June 2014 and a 18% increase from the 17 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in June 2015 was $1,717,145 compared to $1,433,869 for June 2014, representing a 20% increase. For the three-month period from April to June 2015, the average list price was 17% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2015 was $1,718,475, compared to that of April through June 2015, which was $1,683,612. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing June 2015 to May 2015, Beverly Center - Miracle Mile saw a 6% increase in average sale price, and a 19% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

JUNE MARKET OVERVIEW

BEVERLY HILLS

In Beverly Hills there were 24 single family home sales in June 2015, up from 13 in June 2014 and a 26% increase from the 19 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in June 2015 was $6,362,375 compared to $4,343,308 for June 2014, representing a 46% increase. For the three-month period from April to June 2015, the average list price was 16% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2015 was $6,179,025, compared to that of April through June 2015, which was $5,908,174. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing June 2015 to May 2015, Beverly Hills saw a 24% increase in average sale price, and a 47% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

In Beverly Hills Post Office there were 20 single family home sales in June 2015, up from 11 in June 2014 and a 67%

increase from the 12 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in June 2015 was

$4,070,900 compared to $2,558,750 for June 2014, representing a 59% increase. For the three-month period from April

to June 2015, the average list price was 6% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June

2015 was $3,884,292, compared to that of April through June 2015, which was $3,248,767. These results indicate that the

sale price is trending up. Comparing June 2015 to May 2015, Beverly Hills Post Office saw a 39% increase in average sale

price, and a 58% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

Average sales price for June 2015 was $1,316,159, compared to that of April through June 2015, which was $1,142,313. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. The average list price for condo sales in June 2015 was $439,230 compared to $463,270 for June 2014, representing a 5% decrease. For the three-month period from April to June 2015, the average list price was 15% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2015 was $442,500, compared to that of April through June 2015, which was $500,995. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. JUNE MARKET OVERVIEWIn Hancock Park - Wilshire there were 25 single family home sales in June 2015, up from 22 in June 2014 and a 19% decrease from the 31 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in June 2015 was $1,966,594 almost matching $2,046,650 for June 2014. For the three-month period from April to June 2015, the average list price was 2% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2015 was $1,962,294, compared to that of April through June 2015, which was $1,708,670. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing June 2015 to May 2015, Hancock Park - Wilshire saw a 10% increase in average sale price, but a 1% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

The average list price for condo sales in June 2015 was $686,429 compared to $640,083 for June 2014, representing a 7% increase. For the three-month period from April to June 2015, the average list price was 1% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2015 was $678,214, compared to that of April through June 2015, which was $717,268. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing June 2015 to May 2015, Hollywood saw a 22% decrease in average sale price, but a 7% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

JUNE MARKET OVERVIEWIn Malibu there were 18 single family home sales in June 2015, up from 14 in June 2014 and a 13% increase from the 16 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in June 2015 was $4,186,160 compared to $2,670,986 for June 2014, representing a 57% increase. For the three-month period from April to June 2015, the average list price was 10% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2015 was $3,947,875, compared to that of April through June 2015, which was $2,947,473. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing June 2015 to May 2015, Malibu saw a 58% increase in average sale price, and a 57% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

JUNE MARKET OVERVIEWIn Mid Wilshire there were 19 condominium sales in June 2015, which is the same as June 2014 and a 46% increase from the 13 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in June 2015 was $576,047 compared to $416,053 for June 2014, representing a 38% increase. For the three-month period from April to June 2015, the average list price was 16% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2015 was $567,368, compared to that of April through June 2015, which was $546,509. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing June 2015 to May 2015, Mid Wilshire saw a 19% increase in average sale price, and a 41% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

JUNE MARKET OVERVIEWIn Playa Del Rey there were 12 condominium sales in June 2015, down from 16 in June 2014 and a 14% decrease from the 14 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in June 2015 was $616,533 compared to $526,938 for June 2014, representing a 17% increase. For the three-month period from April to June 2015, the average list price was 2% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2015 was $620,792, compared to that of April through June 2015, which was $515,977. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing June 2015 to May 2015, Playa Del Rey saw a 30% increase in average sale price, and a 17% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

For the three-month period from April to June 2015, the average list price was 15% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2015 was $756,192, compared to that of April through June 2015, which was $813,167. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. For the three-month period from April to June 2015, the average list price was 5% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2015 was $2,617,688, compared to that of April through June 2015, which was $2,381,660. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. $1,283,071 for June 2014, representing a 21% decrease. For the three-month period from April to June 2015, the average

list price was 12% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2015 was $979,727, compared

to that of April through June 2015, which was $1,040,786. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down.

The average list price for condo sales in June 2015 was $666,025 compared to $702,481 for June 2014, representing a 5% decrease. For the three-month period from April to June 2015, the average list price was 2% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2015 was $658,536, compared to that of April through June 2015, which was $688,860. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. to that of April through June 2015, which was $1,063,969. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up.
