CONDOMINIUM SALES BEL AIR - HOLMBY HILLS

In Bel Air - Holmby Hills there were 15 single family home sales in September 2015, up from 9 in September 2014 and a

67% increase from the 9 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in September 2015

was $3,112,937 compared to $4,835,444 for September 2014, representing a 36% decrease. For the three-month period

from July to September 2015, the average list price was 29% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales

price for September 2015 was $2,964,363, compared to that of July through September 2015, which was $2,532,952.

These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing September 2015 to August 2015, Bel Air - Holmby

Hills saw a 32% increase in average sale price, but a 34% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

SEPTEMBER MARKET OVERVIEW

BEVERLY CENTER - MIRACLE MILE

In Beverly Center - Miracle Mile there were 16 condominium sales in September 2015, up from 9 in September 2014 and a 78% increase from the 9 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in September 2015 was $740,055 compared to $642,889 for September 2014, representing a 15% increase. For the three-month period from July to September 2015, the average list price was 18% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2015 was $734,031, compared to that of July through September 2015, which was $769,233. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing September 2015 to August 2015, Beverly Center - Miracle Mile saw a 11% decrease in average sale price, but a 15% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

SEPTEMBER MARKET OVERVIEW

BEVERLY HILLS

In Beverly Hills there were 11 single family home sales in September 2015, up from 10 in September 2014 and a 10% increase from the 10 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in September 2015 was $10,007,818 compared to $4,988,895 for September 2014, representing a 101% increase. For the three-month period from July to September 2015, the average list price was 34% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2015 was $9,057,727, compared to that of July through September 2015, which was $6,350,909. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing September 2015 to August 2015, Beverly Hills saw a 104% increase in average sale price, and a 95% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

SEPTEMBER MARKET OVERVIEW

BEVERLY HILLS POST OFFICE

In Beverly Hills Post Office there were 16 single family home sales in September 2015, up from 7 in September 2014 and a

23% increase from the 13 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in September 2015

was $3,752,681 compared to $4,973,429 for September 2014, representing a 25% decrease. For the three-month period

from July to September 2015, the average list price was 14% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales

price for September 2015 was $3,699,181, compared to that of July through September 2015, which was $4,158,243.

These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing September 2015 to August 2015, Beverly Hills Post

Office saw a 2% increase in average sale price, but a 23% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

The average list price for single family home sales in September 2015 was $1,310,719 compared to $998,281 for September 2014, representing a 31% increase. For the three-month period from July to September 2015, the average list price was 28% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2015 was $1,334,563, compared to that of July through September 2015, which was $1,391,589. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing September 2015 to August 2015, Beverlywood saw a 5% decrease in average sale price, but a 33% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

SEPTEMBER MARKET OVERVIEWIn Hancock Park - Wilshire there were 16 single family home sales in September 2015, which is the same as September 2014 and a 11% decrease from the 18 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in September 2015 was $1,572,425 compared to $1,484,062 for September 2014, representing a 6% increase. For the three-month period from July to September 2015, the average list price was 8% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2015 was $1,563,875, compared to that of July through September 2015, which was $1,849,784. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing September 2015 to August 2015, Hancock Park - Wilshire saw a 25% decrease in average sale price, but a 7% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

SEPTEMBER MARKET OVERVIEWIn Malibu there were 16 single family home sales in September 2015, down from 19 in September 2014 and a 78% increase from the 9 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in September 2015 was $2,580,600 compared to $5,488,416 for September 2014, representing a 53% decrease. For the three-month period from July to September 2015, the average list price was 25% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2015 was $2,508,117, compared to that of July through September 2015, which was $2,681,523. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing September 2015 to August 2015, Malibu saw a 7% decrease in average sale price, and a 51% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

The average list price for condo sales in September 2015 was $557,975 compared to $473,813 for September 2014, representing an 18% increase. For the three-month period from July to September 2015, the average list price was 8% lower than the same period of the prior year. SEPTEMBER MARKET OVERVIEWIn Playa Del Rey there were 13 condominium sales in September 2015, up from 12 in September 2014 and a 18% increase from the 11 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in September 2015 was $682,842 compared to $507,833 for September 2014, representing a 34% increase. For the three-month period from July to September 2015, the average list price was 23% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2015 was $684,137, compared to that of July through September 2015, which was $617,783. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing September 2015 to August 2015, Playa Del Rey saw a 27% increase in average sale price, and a 37% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

SEPTEMBER MARKET OVERVIEWIn Silver Lake - Echo Park there were 34 single family home sales in September 2015, up from 25 in September 2014 and a 42% increase from the 24 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in September 2015 was $821,308 almost matching $789,036 for September 2014. For the three-month period from July to September 2015, the average list price was 3% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2015 was $858,236, compared to that of July through September 2015, which was $866,868. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing September 2015 to August 2015, Silver Lake - Echo Park saw a 6% decrease in average sale price, but a 2% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

SEPTEMBER MARKET OVERVIEWIn Sunset Strip - Hollywood Hills West there were 29 single family home sales in September 2015, down from 33 in September 2014 and a 42% decrease from the 50 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in September 2015 was $2,050,410 compared to $3,189,918 for September 2014, representing a 36% decrease. For the three-month period from July to September 2015, the average list price was 12% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2015 was $2,031,810, compared to that of July through September 2015, which was $2,076,012. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing September 2015 to August 2015, Sunset Strip - Hollywood Hills West was flat in average sale price, but a 31% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

SEPTEMBER MARKET OVERVIEWIn West Hollywood Vicinity there were 34 condominium sales in September 2015, up from 26 in September 2014 and a 6% decrease from the 36 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in September 2015 was $768,376 compared to $656,054 for September 2014, representing a 17% increase. For the three-month period from July to September 2015, the average list price was 17% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2015 was $747,671, compared to that of July through September 2015, which was $758,716. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing September 2015 to August 2015, West Hollywood Vicinity saw a 5% decrease in average sale price, but a 16% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

Average sales price for September 2015 was $710,693, compared to that of July through September 2015, which was $759,131. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down.
