• The Grille has recently added composting
• When clearing your plate in the Grille, separate out composting into the new composting bins

Benefits of Composting• Reduces or eliminates the need for chemical fertilizers
• Prevents contamination of the groundwater at landfills by reducing creation of methane gas and leachates
• Generates high-nutrient organic material that can be used to improve soil quality and can be sold as a marketable commodity
• Diverts organic materials from landfills extending their life
