Located just west of Interstate 176 adjacent to the Green Hills Corporate Center, near the residential / commercial development of Flying Hills, southeast of the city of Reading, this property was purchased over the past 10 years and during part of that time was under agreement with a large home builder. This builder terminated the agreement and the owner could no longer carry the property. The Bank is now the fee owner. The focus is to portion the property to be more palatable for smaller Builders, subject to an approved subdivision and development plans. Two sketch plans were developed for two separate developments – one of 19 single family lots and one for 9 single family lots. We are looking to select the best Builder and the sales price will be a function of the offer.
