The District of Columbia’s RiverSmart Rooftops has EXPANDED, with diff erent rebate amounts based on location. New green roofs in the District may receive $10 to $15 per square foot. Residential, commercial, and institutional rebates are available on a fi rst-come, fi rst-served basis, for qualified buildings of ANY SIZE!
