Caller reports it sounds like there is a large fight outside
Narrative: Assisted 120 in investigation. Determined to be a verbal argument over the phone between Tim Scott and a female. Scott located at his residence on Chapman Street and spoken to.
Narrative: Met w/ a lone female seated on the Salvation Army steps. When asked about a possible fight she stated that a male party was simply yelling into a cellular phone and that no physical fight had taken place. Same identified as Nikita Sheridan. Nikita then identified the male party as Tim Scott and pointed out that it is likely he is in 92 Chapman St. We located Scott and spoke with him relative to the reported fight. Scott stated that he was just yelling at a friend over the phone. Scott would not identify the friend. No indication the argument was domestic in nature. All found to be unharmed and there was no indication a physical fight had ensued.

Narrative: Spoke with RP, who reported Room #203 tenant Zorimar Rivera was in lobby causing a disturbance with staff member (Beatriz DeJesus), since having gone back to her room. Responded to location.
Spoke with employee DeJesus, who reported Rivera confronted her and was aggressively "in her face" screaming and swearing at her. Same indicated Rivera's behavior is an ongoing problem. Brzezinski reported she attempted to intervene and it was not until she advised she was calling the police that Rivera left the lobby.
Spoke with Rivera who denied being aggressive or "in the
face" of Dejesus, adding that she was attempting to address a housekeeping issue with employee.
All involved were advised of options and that incident would be documented.

Narrative: Spoke with Capt.Whitney of FD relative to a confusing message left for him by Doris Taylor, regarding issues with apartment. I contacted and spoke with Taylor by telephone, who indicated she was fine and expressed concerns relative to
housing issues. While on the phone, Mark of the Greenfield Gardens Housing Authority arrived and Taylor put him on the phone. Mark informed me he was present for an annual inspection of the apartment. Mark informed me that Taylor demeanor appeared her norm. I requested Mark contact the police department with any concerns for Taylor.

Narrative: Spoke with RP, who reported concern for her ex-boyfriend Thomas Kendrick III. RP reported they broke up on this past Friday and Kendrick began using Heroin (again). She reported no having heard from Kendrick until yesterday, text messaging back and forth, as it appeared Kendrick was becoming depressed. RP reported earlier this evening Kendrick texted her that he was going to kill himself, that he had a bottle of sleeping pills, and that he was going to overdose. She reported she did not hear back from Kendrick for more than an hour.
RP reported approx 20 minutes ago Kendrick texted her that he was leaving a note that would explain things, for her not to blame herself, that he was going to take the pills and not wake up, and that he loves her. She reported that text was at approx 9:06pm.
RP indicated that Kendrick has a history of suicide attempts and has been hospitalized in the past.
RP reported she does not know where Kendrick could be, adding that he told her he has staying with a "Robert," who is "handi-capped" and resides on Chapman St behind the salvation army.

Caller reports finding hypodermic needles in the snowbank at the end on the lot on the Conway St side.
Narrative: At 1136am on February 2013, an unknown party contacted Greenfield Public Safety Dispatch reporting her son located hypodermic needles in the snow bank on the Conway Street side of Hillside Park. When later interviewed Dispatcher Licata indicated the caller did not personally observe the needles, the child's father was with the child and requested she call.
Upon my arrival, I located a single hypodermic laying atop the snow bank. It appeared the needle was placed there recently as it was on top of the skim coat of recently fallen snow. The needle was secured and placed into evidence for destruction. I checked the entire area and did not locate any other needles.

Walk in reports her daughter in law ran over a street sign in Dec and ended up bringing it to her residence. She has asked that she take care of the sign and now the daughter in law is posting mean messages on facebook.
Narrative: Spoke with the RP in the lobby. I read the print out of the comments on facebook. I advised RP how to block a person on facebook so she would no longer receive post from this person. There were not threats in the post just uncalled
for comments.
Went to RP's residence to see if we could figure out who the sign belongs to. Dispatch filled out a request for the DPW to pick up the sign at this location and request was faxed to DPW. RP advised that we are attempting to make arrangements with the DPW but due to the pending snow storm it may be a few days before they can pick up the sign.
RP further advised of her options of a 209A and/or tresspass order if she wishes to have no further contact with her daughter in law. RP said she would think about her options.

RP states her driveway is shared with the house behind her on Franklin St. She states for the last month she has noticed a goat living in the back of a Gold SUV with tinted windows.
State Northampton called stating that male party called saying his mom was trying to kill herself and him. He gave the address then hung up the phone. Male party called back stating his mom was freaking out on him punched his tv and RP. Male was now going to his sisters house down the street to wait for officers. He does not know if his mom had any weapon.

Received call from Chief Palmeri of Bernardston PD. Same wanted our department aware of complaint in their town, where as a John Gibson of Adams Rd, Greenfield, MA, is suspected of making annoying (sexual) telephone calls to a resident in their town. Initially Gibson had asked for a "Heidi" (which is not a resident of the number called), which then led into several sexual related comments. Same advised that mother of daughter who received calls, called number back, and informed female who answered and identified herself as Gibson's wife, of calls. In-House information shows Gibson as 10 Adams Rd (believed to be 42 Adams Rd, Lot 10.
Chief Palmeri did not wish Gibson spoken with at this time
and wanted us aware for any similar reports.

Report of people jumping around in the apt upstairs.
Narrative: Officer spoke with the RP again.. This is an ongoing problem of her complaining about 2 year old and a 9 months children running around. I spoke with the upstairs neighbors and advised them of options. I spoke with the land lord, who informed me that the RP has a long history about complaints about noise by any of the previous tenants. The land lord is looking at options to moving the RP to another apartment. I
advised the RP that if she feels that the running around of children is such a disturbance to her livelihood, then she has the option of going to housing court.

Report of a medical emergency occurring at this location.
RP reports that her neighbor was just out snowblowing and blew the snow onto her property. RP states this is an on going issue. Offending party lives to the left of her when facing her house from the street.
Caller reports his mailbox was taken out by a plow truck.
Narrative: No answer upon call back. Left RP a message instructing him to call the DPW tomorrow during normal business hours and tell them what had happened, and to call PD back if he had any problems or questions.
Narrative: RP called back, was connected with 133.
Narrative: Spoke with RP on phone and advised of course of action.

RP reports that her neighbor threw snow onto her property and her husband is outside preparing to clear it. RP states the neighbor also sent her a text msg advising that they would be putting the snow on their property because they believe the snow came from the RP's property to begin with. On going issue.
RP was advised that an officer would follow up with her. RP was advised against putting the snow back on the neighbor's property so as not to further escalate the situation and not to reply to the neighbor's text msg.
Narrative: 132 advised, see next call (14-3031) for disposition.
Caller reports her husband just cleared the snow the neighbor threw back into their driveway and the neighbor is out there again throwing the snow back into the driveway. Caller is agitated and requesting officers.
Narrative: Ofc spoke with the resident of 18 Solon St. and advised that they have managed to escalate this dispute to the level that they are being disorderly. I advised the Mr. Slade that he needs to stop blowing snow into the yard of 14 Solon. Continuing to do so will result in being charged with disorderly conduct. Mr. Slade is beyond listening to nay reasoning at this point and I spoke with his wife (Lucinda) of the possible outcome if this continues. The resident at 14 Solon refused to speak with me.
Callers reporting a large truck parked in the roadway that prevented the plow from clearing the circle. Advised DPW who requested an officer to ticket and or tow the vehicle as needed and they would go back.

Narrative: officer observed two males standing at the corner of Elm and the entrance to 116 Elm St. After observing for a few minutes, I turned the corner from Grove on Elm whereupon the
two unk males immediately started to walked quickly down the driveway. One male went into the main house while Santiage was found heading to 116 ELm. He was identified and the interaction ended.

RP lost her wallet somewhere in Greenfield (several possible locations). Purple/blue zip up style wallet. Wallet did not contain any credit/debit cards but did contain health care cards and the RP's food stamp card.
