JM: Or yesterday for that matter. Uhh on the 12th

of April 2012. Uhmm and maybe into

the early morning hours of the 13th

uhhh of April. Where you are here uhh. Wereyou home last night (inaudible)

    JC: Yes

JM: Were you home most of the day yesterday?

    JC: Uhh yes.

JM: Ok. All ask you to walk us through your day yesterday if thats alright. Uhh when weget there, but as I look out your window here. The house where the activity

    occurred

    JC: Mhmm

JM: Uhmm you can see that house right from your window.

JC: Uhmm I cant really see the house, but when I stepped out the door I could see the

    front of the house.

    JM: Ok

JC: And the driveway. See the cruisers out there.

    JM: Right

JC: And it looked like someone was down on the ground behind the cruiser andsomebody attending to that person.

JM: Ok. So from your front yard you have an advantage point to see that

    JC: Yes

JM: The house that were talking about.

    JC: Yes

JM: Ok. And the house that were talking about uhmm is 517 Post Road.

    JC: Yes

JM: Ok. Uhmm why dont we start with this Jean. If you wanna tell us a little bit about

your day yesterday, from the time you got up uhmm to uhh you know you went outand did some errands, and then what happened when you did see some activity here?

JC: Uhh no I was here the better part of the day, in the house and I went out I dont

know around 5 oclock. I went down to Target uhmm picked up a couple things at thestore. Came home. I got home here just before 6 oclock and I had sat down at the

table to have a little something to eat. When I heard a noise and I got up went

out the front and as I went out the front and looked around my son was coming up the

driveway from the garage out back, uhh and we stood out there for a minute. Andthen the police told us to get back in the house, and there was people sitting across the

street in their driveway, and he told them to get in the house. So we went down andaround the back of the house and we went into his garage down back, and then uhmm

there was three, four police men came from that area.

    JM: Mhmm

JC: Around and came into the garage where we were, and one went behind the shed out

back, one stood in the doorway, one in a window, and then there was two others outbehind the house here, and we were told that we had to go in the house. So they

escorted us in through the cellar and we came in the house. Just sat here the rest of thenight. I heard a lot of commotion but we did hear a lot of shots. It sounded like itmust have been bang, bang, bang, bang, bang like 30 or more shots. Maybe there

wasnt that many but it sounded like and awful lot.

PH: When during the course of these events were those shots?

    JC: Uhmm

PH: When did you hear those, do you remember?

JC: I would say close to 20 past 6, 6:30 area, in that area.

    PH: Ok. So thats before

    JC: Thats.

PH: the other officers came around the back of the house?

    JC: Yes

    PH: Ok

JC: Yes. Yup the shots were in the beginning and thats why the police officer told us to

get in the house and like I say, we went out back and we stood in the garage out therefor a while, cause my son was working on his motorcycle and there was a friend here

and she was working on hers and.

    PH: Who else was here?

    003016

JC: Uhh all I know is her name is Kelly. I dont know what her last name is.

JM: Would you know how to get in touch with Kelly? Does she have a .

    JC: Uhh my son would.

    JM: Ok

JC: My son would. I dont I have no idea. He had stored her motorcycle in his garage

out here all winter for her. So

    JM: Ok

    JC: I had no idea.

PH: Let me just look, excuse me (inaudible)

    JC: Yup

PH: Does this door work here?

JC: Uhh yes. Uhh the screen door is locked but that one isnt.

    PH: Alright

JC: The handle worked kinda funny but it does open.

PH: Were gonna talk to him when (inaudible) yeah.

Unidentified FBI Agent: So whats your plan? I dont wanna (inaudible)..

    JM: So Jean uhmm

PH: No, no thats alright. (inaudible) they were outside.

JM: You said that uhh you returned home around uhh just before 6pm?

    JC: Yes

JM: And when you returned home you were only here a short time and then you heard

uhh a noise that brought you outside.

    JC: Mhmm

JM: And uhh what do you think that noise might have been, any idea?

    003017

JC: I.. in the beginning I thought it was fire works.

    JM: Oh ok.

JC: It was a popping sound.

    PH: (in the background) inaudible

JC: Uhmm it didnt sound just like fire works but it you assume when you hear a pop

like that it might be fireworks.

    JM: Was it muffled?

JC: Uhmm, no it was a pop.

JM: Ok and it sounds like a single pop?

JC: At first, and then it got worse. It got like like I say it was it sounded to me like whoever had the gun uhh it was an automatic because Ive been around guns myself

because my husband was a police officer and it just it was pop, pop, pop, pop, pop it

wasnt just one shot, you know, and it lasted for a few minutes.

JM: Alright. And so that sound, those sounds uhh drew you outside, and then when you

    went outside

    JC: Mhmm

JM: Then when you went outside you met up with your son.

    JC: Yup

    JM: Uhmm

    JC: He was..

JM: Can you just walk us through exactly what you saw when you went out to the front

    yard, what you saw?

JC: Looking up that way I saw someone down on the ground beyond that green van thats

parked out there. And there was someone else bent down uhh and then a few minutes

later a cruiser come tearing up the road. Went pass the house turned around and theyput whoever that person was in cruiser and speed off in that direction. Uhh like a

bullet. I mean the car was going so fast you had to know that it was very serious.

Whatever it was. And uhh then another cruiser came and someone else left I guessand uhh like I say we were out back there for a while. And then when they chased us

in the house we came in and stayed in here and behaved ourselves.

JM: When you were standing out in front and you saw the uhh person that was down onthe ground, could you tell if that person was a police officer or not?

JC: Uhh not really. Uhmm it looked like they had covered like maybe thrown a towel or

something over whoever was there. I didnt think it looked like anybody with auniform on.

    JM: Ok

    JC: Uhmm but I.

JM: But you were still a pretty good distance away?

    JC: Yup

    JM: Ok

    JC: Yup

PH: About how light was it out, was it dusk? Could you still see cleary down the street?

JC: Uh no it was good.

    PH: Yup

JC: The light was very good. We could see.

    PH: Ok

JM: And that uhmm.. when you saw the officer down or the person that was down..

    JC: Mhmm

JM: And you were standing out in the front yard, were shots continuing to uhh be fired?

JC: Yeah thats why the police told us to get back, get in the house but like I say, we went

out back because thats where we had. My son had started out there. So we just Iwent out there with him cause we has had stood out in the driveway there.

JM: Could you tell where well first of all could you tell that they were uhh shots, Imean did you ever see any weapons or

JC: Uhh once I got outside and heard them.

    JM: Mhmm

    JM: Alright.

JC: Its just its so sad.

JM: Uhmm so is there anything else that you observed before the police ask you to go

uhh to the back and then ultimately inside?

JC: No, I dont think so. Uhh because when they said get out of the way I left, I didntstay out there and look around anymore so.

JM: After this happened and you were inside did you have an opportunity to speak withany of the neighbors in the area or uhmm did you observe anything else?

JC: Nope, uhmm there was a cruiser parked out here, and the end of the driveway and

then there was two more I could see out here, and then all of a sudden uhmm I dontknow round ten oclock or sometime like that they shut the power off so they you

    couldnt see anything anyway.

    JM: Ok

JC: So and then the power didnt come back on till like 7:30 this morning.

PH: How long have you lived here?

JC: Uhh right here uhmm its only been a couple of months.

PH: Yeah and you moved back up from Florida you said?

    JC: Yes, yeah

PH: Ok, and you live here with your son?

    JC: Yes

PH: Ok, and how long has he lived here?

JC: Uhmm three, maybe four years. Going on four years.

PH: Ok. Have you noticed do you know the neighbors across the way here at all?

    JC: Uhmm

PH: Do you know who was living there?

JC: Uhh I just know the neighbor next store, but I dont really know what their last name

is. Uhmm and Ive met the people over here but just casually.

    PH: Right

JC: I dont know anybody else.

PH: Right just in passing. Ok. Do you have you seen any activity across the way?Anything there

    JC: Over that way?

PH: Well across the way of the house that were talking about.

JC: The house youre talking about uhmm

PH: Anything unusual, no traffic, a lot of traffic?

JC: Well theres been a lot of traffic but you know I couldnt tell you what cars theywere, cause I dont pay that much attention but

    PH: Yeah

JC: Uhh I think if I lived across the street and could look right at the house.

    PH: Right

JC: I probably would be more observant but, you know you hear cars going up and down

the road and your not really sure where there stopping. But

    PH: Right

JC: Uhmm he did have a vehicle that made a lot of noise. Once driving by the house Iremember seeing uhh a tall blonde woman going into the house. Have no idea who

she was. Whether she lived there or not, cause I dont even know who that man was.

    PH: Ok

JC: Never saw him until his picture was on the TV.

    PH: Ok.

JM: Have you heard anything from other people that live in the neighborhood aboutuhmm the people that lived or the person that lived at that house?

    JC: Uhh..

    JM: At 517 Post Rd.

    003022

    13/29

JC: Nope because I havent really met too many of the other neighbors. Ive pretty muchbeen staying by myself. And you know Im still working through my husband passing

and so I havent been out socializing to much.

    JM: Right

    PH: Right

JM: Uhh Jean is there anything else you think that you could add or that a we havent

asked you that we should have?

JC: I dont think so. I you know I cant think of anything else. I didnt see anything else.

Uhmm and when the police officers out back there told us that we were coming in the

house, we just said ok and then we came. So.

PH: Ok. When you guys were out in the driveway, was Kelly with you out there too?

    JC: Yes

    PH: Ok

    JC: Yup

PH: Was she kind of partnering up with your son like they went

    JC: Well yeah

PH: She was out back with him?

JC: She was out back there working on her motorcycle. She was cleaning it, and my sonwas out there, he has a motorcycle, and they were just out there and then the pops

started they came walking up the driveway, I opened the door and when out. My

son was right at the top of the driveway looking in that direction.

    PH: With Kelly though?

    JC: With Kelly

    PH: Ok

    JC: Yeah

PH: Alright I just wanted to clarify that.

JD: Uhh I did up until November when uhh my step father passed and she came. To

    stay.

    PH: Talking about your mom.

    JD: Yeah my mom.

PH: Ok, and thats Jean Chase?

    JD: Yes

PH: Ok, uhmm I just wanna bring your attention to yesterday the 12th, uhmm and kinda

go through the events of the day for you. Uhmm getting up in the morning, who you

were with, you know kinda where you went, what was going through the course of

    the day and..

JD: My day starts about 3:30 in the morning. I get up and I work in Boston at MassGeneral right now. Im a construction worker. And I get home about 10 past 3:00.Hung around here and I have a friend whos got a motorcycle out in the garage, and

she called and asked me if she could come work on her bike, and I said yeah come

over. I dont care. You know the bikes been here all winter. So uhh..

    PH: Whos the friend?

JD: Kelly Ripley. Shes coming back. So you guys can talk to her.

    PH: Ok.

JD: Uhmm so I was just milling out around the yard and she eventually showed up and

were out back for a little while.

PH: What time was that about?

JD: Uhhh Id say probably around 6. I mean I cant give you a definite time but, It was

    right after dinner basically.

    PH: Ok

JD: And uhh we were out in the garage out back and a heard pop, pop, and by then Id

walked up the driveway and uhh looked across and the guys were coming down off

the porch and there was a lot more gun shots, and it was just uhh a may lay right afterthat. You know, it was uhh there was it looked like one of the police officers

after certain point they get below the shrubs you couldnt see. But one of them was

carrying one of the other guys and dragged him over to about the back of the van.And it looked like somebody else was laying out in the street, you know there was

just a shit load of gun fire. It seemed like 20 shots in no time. You know I was right

    003026

  • 7/30/2019 Greenland-3011-3039

    17/29

up almost out here to the by that maple tree and the edge of the property, and these

guys were returning fire back from the street, and then it got quiet after that. Andthen..

PH: Ok so you when you initially heard the gun shots it only sounded like a couple?

JD: It only sounded like a couple at first. You know but then it got crazy. Then there was

a shit load of shots. You know to me I guess it sounded like an automatic weapon. Itwas that many. Real quick. Like a huge burst.

PH: Ok. Now you were out front at that point?

JD: Nahh I was at the corner of the house at that point.

PH: Up along the front side of your house?

JD: Up yeah, yeah the front side. Cause I have that other driveway right there.

PH: Ok. Could you see where the shots were coming from?

    JD: No

PH: Were they from the house or from the street going into the house or

JD: I could see some there was a guy out in the road with a he had a vest on, a blackjacket and I could see he was returning fire from like the yellow line. I mean he was

    that

    PH: Middle of the street.

JD: Maybe it was yeah the middle of the street. But he seemed like he was beyond thevan. But it I knew you could hear shots coming from the house and shots going

    back. You know

PH: Ok, about how many people did you see outside there you think?

    JD: Uhh four.

PH: Including the ones that were down on the ground?

JD: Yeah. It was so quick so fast you know, it was uhh yeah I would say four.

    PH: Ok.

JD: You know I didnt see where Mike was in the whole thing but.

    003027

  • 7/30/2019 Greenland-3011-3039

    18/29

    PH: Do you know Mike?

JD: Uhmm only from being in town.

    PH: Yup

JD: You know hes a good guy. Was a good guy.

PH: Ok and then what happened there? You said things kinda settled a little bit

JD: Yeah things kinda quieted down andI mean there was still there wasnt a lot ofpolice around, and you could hear the sirens coming, but uhmm there then the

uhmm I dont know if it was a Greenland cruiser or the riot cruiser comes flying

down the road and uhmm kinda stops. They get him down beyond the house turn him

around and I think thats when they put somebody in the back, and went flying off tothe hospital, and then a little while later they used a think it was another cruiser and

put somebody else in it, and it looks like they slid him in the back seat. And thenthere was another guy that was up against the back of the van, I think they were doingfist aid on him, and then uhh he eventually left. By then there was enough more

police activity and they told us to go back and get in the house you know. We just

walked down back to the garage.

PH: Ok. And when you say we walked down to the garage who was with you

    inaudible)

JD: It was my mother, Kelly and myself. (cell phone ringing) Hey Ill talk to you bye.

PH: Ok and what happened when.

JD: Uhh see stayed down there and then there was more police presence started coming

around the back and up through around back of the garage and everybody startedsurrounding the house.

PH: Ok and you guys were staying in the garage?

JD: Yeah we stayed in the garage..

PH: Yeah let me just clarify you have a garage behind the house?

JD: Yeah its uhmm a 28x32 garage its out back there.

PH: Separate from the house or

JD: Totally separate from the house.

    PH: Ok.

    003028

  • 7/30/2019 Greenland-3011-3039

    19/29

JD: And uhh then like I said some more policemen come around the garage and stayed inthe garage with us for a while, and then eventually they escorted us into the house.

After about an hour or so.

    PH: Yup

    JD: I would say.

PH: So did you hear anything when you were out back at the garage?

JD: No you couldnt. I didnt hear anymore shooting after that. You know.

    PH: Ok

    JD: There was just that...

PH: There was just that first volley a couple of rounds and then another volley a lot of

JD: There was a lot of there was a lot of shots.

    PH: Yup

JD: I mean. Kelly said to me is that fire works. Thats not fireworks. You know it

sounds like you get a little string of the little fire crackers. They go brrrrrrr thatwhat it sounded like. There was a lot of shots real quick.

PH: Ok. And you didnt hear any other shots after that?

JD: No, it like I said it pretty quiet after that.

PH: Ok. At about what time was that do you think?

JD: Uhh if I had to guess.

PH: You said you think Kelly got here around 6 so

    JD: Yeah so.

PH: You guys were down at the garage for a bit working on her bike

JD: Maybe 6:30 up until you know quarter to 7:00. Im not I cant I have no

judgment of time I dont carry a watch. Except the cell phone you know. So. But it

seems like it took a long time after the initial shots and the few cops that were overthere, till everybody else showed up. I mean maybe it wasnt but it seemed like 8 or

    003029

  • 7/30/2019 Greenland-3011-3039

    20/29

10 minutes you know. But it could have been less. It was just a lot of shit going on,

    you know. Pretty scary.

PH: Ok. Do you have a house phone here?

    JD: No I dont.

    PH: Ok

JD: I only have a cell phone.

PH: What your cell phone number just incase we need to get a hold of you?

    JD: Area code

    PH: Yup

    JD:

    PH:

    JD: Yup

PH: Ok, you have a telephone number for Kelly?

    JD: Yeah

PH: And you said she is coming back to (inaudible)

    JD: Yeah shes coming back.

    PH: Ok

JD: Shes coming back to work on her bike. Uhhh lets see Im actually surprised shes

not sitting here right now. Come on.. Uhhh area code

    PH: Mhmm

JD: Kelly Ripley is her name.

    PH: Where does Kelly live?

JD: Uhh . See I store her motorcycle for the winter so. Shes been in and out

    working on it you know.

JD: Uhmm the people next door talk to them a little bit. The kid next door we talk a littlebit but not a lot.

PH: Just on either side of you.

JD: Yeah on the east side. Ive seen the other one out in the driveway a little bit butthey.

    PH: Which other one here?

JD: The uhh the neighbors where all the shooting took place.

    JM: 517

JD: Yeah 517. I mean the shades were always drawn. It was uhh you hardly ever

once in a while youd see somebody out in the driveway. But my days Im gone early, and most of the time ughhh I dont get home till 4:00, 4:30 in the afternoon, and then

just the weekend stuff you know.

    PH: Yup

JD: The shit during the day I dont see.

PH: You ever see traffic over there. I mean anybody ever come to visit or no visitors

    or.

JD: Uhmm theres cars over there. Once in a while theres 3 or 4. Theres ughh. I use

to see a black dually pick up truck that was over there. Use to be in and out quite a

JD: I would say it was relatively. Well the weekends it was relatively quiet. I cant

really say to much went on during the day you know.

PH: Right. Any idea of what kinda pickup it was?

JD: Yeah it was a Chevy.

    PH: Chevy

    JD: Yeah

    PH: Dually Diesel?

JD: Ughh yeah it was a diesel. Big black aluminum wheels on it.

    PH: Yeah

JD: Ive seen it around. You know.

    PH: In town.

JD: Yeah in town. Basically up and down Rt 1.

JM: Would you recognize the individual that lived there at 517?

JD: Yeah if I saw him.

JM: Yeah but did you ever have any interaction with him at all?

JD: No I didnt. Ive seen him out on the street but that it you know, going from his car

to or going by in the BMW she use to drive. But that was it.

PH: Did he live you said she use to drive is it

    JD: Yeah

PH: Did she live there with him?

JD: Yeah the blonde.. she was there a lot. The car was always there.

    PH: Yeah

JD: And once in a while youd see her out in the yard. Not.. basically going from the car

up the steps or vice versa you know. There was no out milling around the yard ornothing. There was not of that went on that I saw.

    PH: Yeah

JD: You know weekends and shit when Im home.

    PH: Ok

JM: Joe let me ask you, do you think living here in the neighborhood here I know you say

that you speak mostly with the neighbors on either side of you, uhmm based on yourobservations of the people that live at 517 or the individual that lived there. Did you

form any opinions as far as uhhh you know what he may or may not be into. Uhh

what he did for work, uhmm you know type of person uhmm the way the way helived his life over there. I mean you said he drew the shades and that type of thing.

    Any thoughts on that?

JD: Yeah I thought that was a little bizarre. I mean its a pretty nice quiet I cant reallysay quiet traffic wise its busy, but you know neighbors on both sides are pretty nice.

I mean thats an apartment house where theres people in and out a lot but the peoplethat lived across the street. Shes out she walks her dog 2 or 3 times a week so, andthe neighbors when Im out they always speak you know and I speak to them, but this

kid I dont know very quiet. You know and I heard uhh last summer that he was

going to jail. You know that was the rumor flying around. But you know I heard hewas into the steroids. But that like I said was a rumor.

PH: Ok. That was just kinda neighborhood gossip.

JD: Yeah that I mean basically.

PH: Anybody say what he was going to jail for?

JD: I heard like I said I heard it was steroids.

PH: Oh so it was steroids ok.

JD: Thats what I was told you know.

    PH: Yeah

    JD: That was it.

PH: How did he look was he

JD: Oh yeah he was a muscle bound you know jerk. To put it lightly.

PH: Yeah. Kinda anti social with the neighbors?

    JD: Very much so.

like to add or anything that we should have asked you that we didnt?

    PH: Sergeant Paul Hardcastle

    KR: Kelly Ripley

PH: Today is Friday the 13th

of April 2012. Time is approximately 12:10. Uhh were

sitting down with Kelly Ripley. Uhmm at whats the address here inKelly we obviously we wanna record this interview. Do you have

    any issues with that?

    KR: No

    PH: Ok.

    KR: Nope

PH: Alright if you could just kinda yesterday kinda capsulate your day. Uhmm whatyou did from the morning through last night.

KR: I got up went to work uhmm which is in Stratham. Left Stratham went up toRochester to visit a community service sight that Im doing. Left the VNA in

Rochester came down here. Uhmm got here it was mmmm about 5 minutes to 6:00.

6:00 at the latest. Uhmm my bike my motorcycle is out in the garage. So we were

out getting the bikes ready and polishing the chrome and uhh just sitting theretalking with him, and I thought it was fireworks I heard. Pop, pop, pop, pop, pop,

pop, bang, bang. And jokingly said to him whats the matter doesnt your neighbor

like his wife, and he just had this look on his face like it wasnt fireworks, and Ithought it was. Walked up the driveway on the side right over here and looked

down and that was where the green van with the back I saw them lift I think

there was a lot of activity around the back end of that and it looked like they weremoving somebody up along beside it uhmm on the ground, and then somebody was

helping someone else and then it sounded like more gun fire at that point. And that

was when he said that its not fireworks that gun fire. Uhmm and then kinda stood

there in disbelief. Uhh and then there was a police cruiser that went flying up theroad. That I think.. I hate to say think. I think it was in front of that house, and then

he tore off up the road. Uhmm and I remember another one leaving from there but I

cant remember if it came down and then left. Back door was open part of the wayand it looked like a couple of people in the back of.. in the back seat of that cruiser

as well. And taken off down the road. Uhh and just by that time we had gone back

to the garage, cause we would had to come back around the front here to get in thehouse.

    JM: Right

    26/29

KR: So we stayed kinda to that side and got out back in the garage. Where we just kind of

staying there in bewilderment like what the hell is going on. Uhmm so I called myson and just asked him if he knew what the heck was going on with it. Uhmm so he

said there was you know a couple people were shot. Im like are you kidding me.

So we stayed back out there. Before long there was police all through over there

and then they were in the garage with us for a while, and then eventually I donteven know how long it was before we came out of the garage and then through the

garage the basement door here. But uhmm I wanna say. You know it might havebeen 6:15, 6:20. I hadnt been here all that long..

    PH: Mhmm

KR: Maybe 15 or 20 minutes when the whole thing started, and it just is like one of those

things you dont except to see.

PH: Ok. Now you say you guys were out back when you initially heard?

    KR: Yes

    PH: You initially were fireworks?

    KR: Yes

PH: Ok. And who was out there with you? Youre out in the back garage

KR: Joe was outyeah Joe and I were out there.

    PH: Yup

KR: His mom was in the house.

    PH: Ok.

KR: And then he and I had. He walked up ahead to the corner over here to look down,

and I had walked out behind him. Uhmm and his mother comes walking out thisdoor here. What was that it sounded like gunfire, and then she ended up over there

    with us as well.

    PH: Mhmm

KR: Cause she walked right over here.

    PH: From the front garage?

    KR: Yes

  • 7/30/2019 Greenland-3011-3039

    27/29

    PH: Ok.

KR: Yes and that was when.. and there was a police officer out here who you know was

screaming get in the house, and we just went that way because we didnt wanna

    come back around.

    PH: Right

    KR: this way.

PH: Now when you guys got out to the front the street side of this house

    KR: Yup

PH: And you looked down the street here

    KR: Yup

PH: You say you saw some people in front of the house down the street 517?

KR: That this I think is the pole and theres that green van thats still sitting there.

    PH: Mhmm

KR: Uhmm yeah there was.. there was a couple of guys right there, and it looked likesomebody on the ground right around that van. Uhmm Im assuming they were

police officers. Wearing a dark jacket. Uhmm but. yeah and they were doing

something. I wasnt gonna hang around really much longer. I started going backthat way.

    PH: Right

KR: Behind that house so I

PH: About how many people did you see down the street here?

    KR: It

PH: Around the green van the residence there?

KR: I wouldnt say it was residence uhmm I didnt see..

PH: No Im just saying around that area.

KR: I wanna say three or four.

    003037

  • 7/30/2019 Greenland-3011-3039

    PH: Ok.

KR: And then you know and then there was the cruiser, and one had come flying down

the street. Whether he went down and turned.. I dont know but I had kinda

retreated back a bit, for a minute or two

    PH: Mhmm

KR: And then step forward again like. Really what is going on kinda thing. So.

    PH: Ok

    KR: Yeah

JM: Uhmm so Kelly do you frequently come here?

KR: Uhmm yeah I mean the last week or so..

JM: The only reason I ask have you ever had any contact with the individual that lived

    right here?

    KR: No, no

    JM: Ok.

KR: Had not a clue who he was.

    JM: Alright.

PH: Do you know any of the other neighbors around here at all?

    KR: No

    PH: Ok

KR: No my bike was stored here for the winter. Uhmm Ive known Joe for a couple of

years, and just the last month Ive been over here more. Like on weekends and stuff

getting the bike ready and. At night during the week try to get it all cleaned upand on the road.

    PH: Ready for the spring.

KR: Yes, and Ive had chrome polish sitting on the rims since this all went down. So.
