Welcome to GreenWay, one of America’s most innovative alternative energy companies and creator of the Roadway360 kinetic energy generator.
2
Mission Minded. Mission Driven.GreenWay is a wholly owned subsidiary of the SeaAway Family of Companies, Inc. founded by accomplished engineer
and Coast Guard veteran, Stephan Kroecker. Stephan’s extensive design experience in numerous commercially engineered
products and his connections with other brilliant minds in the engineering community equipped him to found SeaAway — a
unique company with two distinct and vitally important missions:
• Prior-to-port maritime security systems that provide protection from biological, chemical and
nuclear attacks
• Sustainable alternative energy solutions that reduce our dependence on foreign oil
3
Tragedy Gives Birth to Innovation After the tragedy of September 11th, 2001, Stephan was called upon by the
Department of Homeland Security to address the security concerns facing
our commercial ports. Within two years, Stephan assembled a team of experts
and together they designed the Sea Sentinel System: a system that could
passively scan incoming vessels for dangerous biological, chemical and
nuclear materials while they are safely away from populated ports.
The Sea Sentinel System is comprised of three main components: a
deep-water tracking and identification buoy network that would lie far
off-shore, manned sentinel platforms that would be placed 15 miles out
from ports to provide a secondary scanning point, and an intercept vessel
capable of cargo capture, containment and return. The engineering for the
Sea Sentinel System was solid and well conceived but the issue of electrical
power to run the system needed to be addressed. The design team knew that
running a power cable to the platforms would be complex and expensive,
so they focused on harnessing the energy created by the motion of the sea.
The result — A kinetic wave generator that will provide renewable energy
on-site. Upon realizing the potential of this new renewable energy system,
Stephan launched GreenWay, a company dedicated to providing sustainable
alternative energy solutions for the general public.

From the Ocean to the HeartlandThe potential for kinetic ocean wave energy production
would make sense in coastal areas, but implementing
the same process in America’s heartland would be
almost impossible.
Not to be deterred, the GreenWay engineers looked at
the potential energy created by the cars and trucks that
travel our nation’s highways. If there was a way to harness
that energy, then a new form of renewable power could
be created for cities and towns across America. From
that desire, they designed the Roadway360, a kinetic
energy system that uses the weight of traveling motor
vehicles to generate power that could be stored and
subsequently used.
The Roadway360 unit would augment energy production
in a variety of new applications, bridges, intersections,
government facilities such as state and municipal ports,
schools and universities, commercial shopping centers
and even adaptations to utilize rail applications.

Wheels to Watts: Today’s Solution for Tomorrow’s EnergyOur engineers have refined and completed designs for four to six kinetic energy systems to be delivered and
deployed in an array of climates and applications. A prototype will be evaluated at a location to be determined,
no later than May 2010. Once installed, this system will provide in excess of 900 kw, at peak performance. This
number is based on the speed and volume of traffic per installation and the transfer weight of the vehicle
passing over the system. Utilizing a specially designed mat in place of traditional asphalt road materials and a
series of fluid-filled bladders feeding into a highly efficient turbine generator, Roadway360 delivers highly efficient
power generation. Remote monitoring capabilities combined with Roadway360’s easy to install and maintain
engineering has made this a system that makes sense as today’s renewable energy solution.
Carbon Credits and MandatesRoadway360 qualifies under the Green or Renewable Energy Mandates implemented by the Federal
Government as well as California, Colorado, and 28 other states by providing an affordable alternative to wind,
solar, and other renewable energy systems. Through the legislation of renewable portfolio standards, many
states will be required to generate 30% of their energy by renewable energy resources by the year 2020.
Roadway360 is poised to help fulfill that mandate through its use of nearly 100% kinetic energy in a system that
installs quickly, is monitored remotely, and is easily maintained. With the rapid rise in value of carbon credits the
potential gains made from the utilization of Roadway360 aid substantially in offsetting costs and deliver long-
term return on investment.

Getting Credit: Creating Strategic PartnershipGreenWay is seeking strategic public and private partnerships with organizations engaged in energy creation and distribution.
These partnerships encompass three options with a potential of variations and benefits within each:
Lease Agreements
• GreenWay owns the unit and shares the energy generation and carbon credits with the customer. The customer pays
for up to $35K per year in maintenance and GreenWay pays for all maintenance over $35K.
Real Value: The customer will retain 40% of the energy generation benefits, which can yield up to $133K per year for
the first five years. After five years, the customer will retain 90% of energy generation and pay for all maintenance
costs. The customer shares in the carbon credits.
Individual Unit Sales
• Unit is sold with various energy generation and carbon credit sharing options. Customer maintenance costs are
capped at $25K per year for the first five years.
Real Value: The customer will retain 80% of energy generation benefits, which can yield up to $311K per year for the
first five years, the maintenance costs are capped at $25K per year. After five years, the customer will retain 100% of
energy generation and pay all maintenance costs. The customer shares in the carbon credits.
8
Bulk Purchases (Sale of 10 or more units)
• Multiple units are sold at a discounted price. Customer shares energy generation and carbon credits, and is
responsible for all maintenance.
Real Value: The customer will retain 90% of the energy generation benefits, which can yield up to $343K per
year for the first five years, the maintenance costs are paid by the customer. After five years, the customer
retains 100% of energy generation. The customer shares in the carbon credits.
In addition to the Real Values listed above, the strategic partnership will also produce several elements of intrinsic value:
• New solutions for mandate requirements
• Positive PR regarding zero Co2 emissions
• Local community and other grass roots support
• Evidence of corporate responsibility
