REASON 1. LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE

That same study showed that charitable individuals hadhigher self­esteem and overall better image of themselves.

REASON 2. HIGHER SELF-ESTEEM

Being a member of a charitable organization or provides anopportunity to be a part of community and increases feelings

of worthiness.

Volunteering is a great way to remain active and isscientifically proven to decrease levels of stress
