Introduction

This program consisted of stripping zones of varying sizes. The purpose of the stripping

was to examine the cause of EM anomalies and magnetic anomalies detected by historical

ground surveys and to sample the bedrock geology for the potential of gold and base metal

mineralization.

Location and Access

The stripping areas are located in North East Grenfell Township on 4249377 (16 units) in

the Larder Lake Mining Division Ontario. The claim can be reached by a logging road north

of Kirkland Lake in Teck Township that allows you to drive to Armour Lake where ATV

access roads take you west of the road to the claim in the north east corner of Grenfell

Township.

Previous Work

This area has seen no trenching or drilling in the past. Various companies have conducted

geophysical surveys on the property but there was no follow up on the anomalies detected.

Stripping Program

Stripping was carried out on mining claim 4249377 (16 unit)in Grenfell Township (see

appendix 2). The overburden in the area ranged from .5 meters to 4 meters deep. The

equipment used was a backhoe with a 5 meter mounted on a skidder. Shovels and grub

hoes were used to explore areas for sampling.

Conclusions

The stripping programme in the Armour Lake property brought fourth some encouraging

results. Sulphide layers were located along with graphite layers suggesting the potential

for VMS deposits in the area

Recommendations

The area should have a Mag and VLF survey preformed to determine locations for further

stripping.
