Photoshop TutorialD E S C R I P T I O N

In our first photoshop project of the year, we chose an online tutorial and followed the steps. In this specific tutorial, I obtained some awesome photoshop brushes that looks like rays of light. I also learned how to use clipping masks and fill layers as well as create a glowing effect using layer styles. 8” by 8”

In this tutorial we took images of things that we like and placed them in a picture. We learned how to scale objects proportionally based on the actual sizes of the objects. We also learned how to cut objects out of a picture using the magic wand tool as well as the lasso tools. Magazine AdD E S C R I P T I O N

In this project we made a custom magazine ad page for a product of our choice. We learned how to make an effective magazine using black or white space as well as a catchy phrase. We learned how to align text and pictures in adobe Indesign. I made the orignal picture in Photoshop then transfered it to indesign to align everything. TicketD E S C R I P T I O N

In our last project, we were required to make an entrance ticket to a show, movie, concert, etc. of our choice. I chose the Pirates of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides movie premiere. It was featured on May 7th, 2011 at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California. In this project, I learned what makes a good ticket as well as how to make it original and unique. I used Photoshop to put all the pieces together as well as add the text. I also used Photoshop to add drop shadows to the skull and paper as well as cut out the logos and pictures. I used Indesign to organize all the tickets into one file. Each ticket is 2” by 4”one es dolorrores essit
