We represent a group of individuals who … startet a web page for exchange of ideas regarding social activities. Anybody

can suggest activities that we will consider showing on the web page.  The basic idea is simple: Society is in constant change - communities, groups

and individuals are increasingly part of and influenced by globalization.  If many individuals pitch in a little to help other individuals and include new

participants in activities - we will enhance our democratic values for a healthy, meaningful community and improve the everyday life of each other.

Brita Fladvad Nielsen, Bergens Tidende (27.01.16) points out the problem relating to refugees:

political decisions not aligned with -> human needs

She suggests redesigning the political system handling refugees - listen to human needs - bottoms-up policies rather than the current top-down - involve local interest groups

As an example, she names the US Emergency management agency (FEMA) that had to be redisigned after the Catrina storm
