SPECO Horizontal Grizzly Feeders are designed for regulating the feeding rate by separating materials for sizing,
removing the unwanted, and bypassing the smaller size for the crusher to maximize the crushing capacity.
The vibrating unit consists of two unbalanced, counter-rotating shafts. They generate an elliptical motion
throwing materials upward and forward with continuous turning actions. The timing gears are adjustable to
control the direction of the throw and the concentration of vibrating actions.
¯ Entire feeder mounted on spring to allow free vibration and absorb shock loads.
¯ Bolt-in adjustable grizzly bars to be able to space to users requirements in the field.
¯ Tapered grizzly bars to prevent binding and promote rapid discharge of under size materials.
¯ Driven by a variable-speed motor allowing adjustable feeding rates.
SPECO Inclined Grizzly Feeders are mainly applied for primary crushing plants.
They regulate the feeding rate by separating the materials for sizing, removing the unwanted, and bypassing
the smaller size to maximize the crushing capacity. The vibrating unit consists of two counter-rotating shafts
with counter-weights. They lead to a linear vibrating motion with a 45 degree inclination to the horizontal
feeding frame. Special design of grizzly bar opening to eliminate material clogging provides better sizing
effect. Wear-resistant electrode welding of the grizzly bars for longer feeding life.
¯ Four sets of load spring stands for the better stabilizing operation.
¯ Remote control of the feeding capacity by the variable-speed motor.

SPECO Cone Crushers are designed for secondary or tertiary crushing purposes both in stationary
and portable applications for highly abrasive materials.
Features:

¯ The lubrication unit is interlocked with the main motor for additional safety as a standard equipment.

Vertical Impact Crusher
With high speed rotating impellers,
SPECO Vertical Shaft Impactor (‘VSI’) throws material out from center to circumference,
by using the material’s own centrifugal force to cause impact with the impeller shoes
or the anvil faces, resulting in rock-on-rock or rock-on-iron crushing.
With its wide operation range and first class performance, it is the most effective and reliable crusher, especially
suitable for fine crushing and medium fine crushing of grinding material, fire-resistant material, cement,
quartz sand, steel grit, furnace cinder, copper ore, iron ore, gold ore, river gravel, concrete aggregate, asphalt
aggregate, and brittle material. This highly effective and energy saving crusher is also a superior and first
rate sand production equipment. It will save up to 50% of energy compared with traditional sand making
machines. SPECO VSI can be equipped with either closed rotors or open rotors by customer's request.

SPECO Screens have extremely powerful linear vibrating motion and are imparted by two unbalanced eccentric
shafts and weights. The screens efficiently handle a large amount of materials, resist clogging, and suit best for
classifying small granules.
¯ Stronger centrifugal force is generated out of advanced design and engineering.
¯ The fed-in materials move rapidly, so the screens can process more materials per certain size of the cloth
than competitors.
¯ If damp material comes in SPECO screen can dewater it strongly and effectively.

Inclined Type
SPECO Inclined Type screens are built in rugged construction to be stationed with a 15-degree
angle in operating fields. Their design is simple, and they are especially useful and economical in screening
applications for coarse crushed stones and minerals. The vibrating unit consists of an unbalanced eccentric
shaft with added-on counterweights allowing for different stroke travels to generate a circle motion. Users can
adjust the counterweights whenever necessary. Compared to horizontal screens, the inclined screens need less
power thanks to the 15-degree slope and gravity effect.
