GRIZZLY SNOW GRIP is a company of K-METALL situa-

ted in Oelsnitz/V. in Germany. We are the manufacturers of

GRIZZLY SNOW GRIP - snow chain system for heavy goods

vehicle traffic and the entire commercial vehicle sector, in par-

ticular also for fire brigades and disaster control services.

Our patented GRIZZLY SNOW GRIP - snow chain system has be-

come the most popular system amongst the users. The simple

and quick mounting is the advantage of our Grizzly System and is

thus preferred by vehicle operators.

We have further developed this system over the years in order to

meet the high demands and quality standards.

The Grizzly System is one of the quickest and simplest traction

and snow chain systems which can be used as a starting aid and

as a fully adequate snow chain in keeping with Section (37), Para-

graph (2) of the German Road Traffic Type Approval Law (STVZO).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF THE CHAINDouble-edge chains made of nickel manganese alloy stainless steel, special heat tre-atment. Material and workmanship are in keeping with the highest quality standards.

Surface hardness approx. 720 bis 800 HV = 60 bis 62 HRC

PRE-ASSEMBLY

The rim ring is pre-assembled in autumn and remains on the rim throughout winter.

When required, the individual chain strands can be placed very quickly. Can be mounted even in stuck sotuation without having to move the vehicle! More safety for driver, vehicle and load!

SNOW CHAIN AND STARTING AID!

The chains are quenched and especially case-hardened 8.2 mm chains which guarantee a very high stability. If a chain strand should drop out, it can be replaced economicly.
