10 Grosvenor has teamed up with the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) to support delis, restaurants and cafes in Mayfair and Belgravia to tackle important environmental issues, like single-use plastic, food waste and sustainable sourcing to create delicious solutions. Working in partnership with the SRA contributes to enhancing your dining experience whilst also positively impacting the planet.

THE SUSTAINABLE RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION

The SRA is on a mission to grow the number of sustainable places to eat in

the UK and make them easier to find and enjoy.

Our goal is to make sustainability a part of the DNA of every restaurant,

while inviting diners in along the way to understand what makes food good.

Faced with a full menu of dishes to choose from, it can be hard to use the power of your appetite wisely.

One Planet Plate is a restaurant movement that puts sustainability on the menu. It’s the perfect way for chefs to demonstrate how food can help us live better on planet earth. A One Planet Plate is a delicious vote for the future you want to see.

Vote with your fork and order a One Planet Plate at Summer in the Square, and in Mayfair and Belgravia throughout 2018. Find a participating restaurant here: www.oneplanetplate.org

ONE PLANET PLATE CHEF DEMONSTRATION

Just what does sustainable food look, smell and taste like and how easy is it to prepare? At this special SRA curated chef demo you’ll get to experience the full pleasure of a One Planet Plate – a dish that does good as well as tasting good.

Be inspired to create your own planet-friendly food and help create a better food future. And for dessert, a discussion about what makes planet-friendly food and why we all need to be eating it. thesra.org

Doctor Dolittle By Illrya Theatre ProductionsWhen Doctor John Dolittle of Puddleby-on-the-Marsh is taught by his wise old parrot Polynesia how to talk to animals, news of his skills spreads far and wide. Soon animals across the world send messages asking for his help. So, he buys a leaky old ship and, together with his trusty pet-crew of Jip the dog, Chee-Chee the monkey, Dab-Dab the Duck and permanently hungry Gub-Gub the pig, sets forth on a mission to heal illness, spread compassion and gain a greater understanding of the animal kingdom.

A funny, much-loved and exciting adventure, with a strong message about responsibility towards animals and the environment, this show is created by the same Illyria team who brought you an entire menagerie of animal puppets in Danny the Champion of the World and a life-size T-Rex in The Lost World.

The show is suitable for cheeky monkeys aged 5+.

Liz WestLiz West creates vivid environments that mix luminous colour and radiant light. Working across a variety of mediums, West aims to provoke a heightened sensory awareness in the viewer through her works. She is interested in exploring how sensory phenomena can invoke psychological and physical responses that tap into our own deeply entrenched relationships to colour.

West’s investigation into the relationship between colour and light is often realised through an engagement between materiality and a given site. Within physical and architectural space, West uses light as a material that radiates outside of its boundaries and containers. She playfully refracts light through using translucent, transparent or reflective materials, directing the flow of artificialand natural light. Our understanding of colour can only be realised through the presence of light. By playing and adjusting colour, West brings out the intensity and composition of her spatial arrangements.
