CREATIVITY CLUBProbably the most interesting and well managed group. They manage there events in a quite organized way.The Club focuses on the regeneration of artistic energy and to the rebirth of the creative power.

That’s why we choose them for our assignment.Let’s check how they work as team while organizing a event called pencil sketching.

FORMING10 DAY’S TO GO

The club like creativity club forming was not a big problem as they have there well established team.It was just the division of work.

NORMING9 DAY’S TO GOStorming is not the stage for creativity club.They started there meeting on time and had healthy discussions.(NOT LIKE OUR TEAM)Each small group having there own discussions .

OH!!OH!!! Its quite fun to know how our creativity club thinks. And getting an inside view of there meetings. Everybody in there team has an idea and know there responsibilities.Everybody is ready to work for extra hours and tries to give extra bit of them.

CONCLUSIONIt was a good experience working with creativity club. Observing them .

It was awesome knowing how they work together as a team.

They are a perfect team working hard towards their goals.
