ADULT & OLDER TEEN KENPO Street self-defense training through the Kenpo method of basics and technique practice.
Learn 3 primary fight ranges and 8 major angles of attack while learning how to fight in all directions. Develop skill in striking/kicking, body manipulation/ground grappling,
controlling/submissions, vital target/pressure points, plus multiple opponent and weapon defenses. Kenpo utilizes many fighting methods including Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian &
Japanese Jiu Jitsu, Karate, Wrestling, Aikido, and more, along with our own special blends. Learn how to use your body as a weapon as you develop skill in our safe, polite,
and fun training environment.

FITNESS BOXING / INSTRUCTION BOXING / SPARRING Punching, footwork, body movement all included in “the sweet science” of Boxing.
Fitness Boxing consists of bag work & exercise; Boxing classes add partner & light contact drills; Sparring requires the Boxing Coaches approval. All will leave you exhausted.
COMBAT CONDITIONING Fitness class that includes strength, cardio, & flexibility work using weights and our gyms
other equipment. Develop upper and lower body, plus abs & core.
KIDS BOXING (7-12 & Younger Teens) A beginning level Boxing Fitness Class designed to give kids a great workout while
teaching basic boxing skills, with a heavy dose of fun. Expect lots of bag work and some partner drills.

GRAPPLING / JIU JITSU (No Gi) Learn this innovative ‘no gi’ Jiu Jitsu style, developed by Eddie Bravo.
This popular grappling method is practiced in MMA circles and by many UFC fighters.
KICKBOXING / MUAY THAI Learn to use your 8 primary weapons: Hands, Elbows, Knees, & Feet. Expect lots of pad &
partner work. Shin guards required to fully participate. Great workout included.
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Put all your fighting skills together in this class. 8-weapon striking, clinch, takedown, and
ground work that includes Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling.
