Passive AggressiveUsually very unassuming personality. They often come across as needy. Often willing to do the job others wouldn’t only to complain later about it, but in a way as to cover up their dissatisfaction.

Example: “I don’t know why we have to clean the windows twice a day. No one looks out of them anyway, but I don’t mind because I like doing it.”

Truly PassiveThis types of personality are those who truly lack confidence and will always stay on the fence about everything they do as to not offend anyone. This personality type is difficult to work with because they are indecisive. You should know when you have this person on your team or in business, you will constantly be motivating, encouraging, and persuading them to make moves but they never will. It is usually to no avail. You should identify and know this personality type before choosing to work with them.

AggressiveThis personality type is often very arrogant, over achieving, rude and disrespecting of others. They are often disruptive: They always have a word or opinion on everything even if its your opinion. They operate by there own motives

Assertive There is a difference in being assertive and aggressive. Aggression is savage, brutal and its aim is to destroy.

Assertive behaviors are motivated by the task. Assertive people speak up for themselves to remain on task not for selfish reasons.

The goal of the aggressive is to dominateThe goal of the assertive is the task
