energy rater. • Ask a resident: Identify a neighbor with professional
expertise (building official, HVAC or solar business) • Encourage sharing about energy projects: Add an
agenda item for residents to discuss their energy saving efforts at meeting or ask on Next Door.
• Collaborate: Consider a bulk buy program like for solar or irrigation retrofits.
• Energy projects on shared infrastructure: street lighting, pool heating, landscape irrigation, etc…
