If I were a stink bug, I would

explore my classroom. I would spy

on the teacher and play on the com-

puter. I would see students writing

and kids running in the field. I

would crawl on a desk. It would be

If I were a dog, I would play out-

side. I would play ball and Frisbee. I

would roll in the mud. I would climb

trees. Chasing squirrels would be fun.

If I were a horse, I would jump in

a ring. I would hear crowds clapping.

I would smell snacks. I would be in a

race. I would win a trophy.

If I were a jaguar, I would live

in a tree. I would run to see a

friend. I would hear rain in the for-

est. I would watch monkeys. I

would eat my snack. I would take a

bath in a blue pond. I would play

with my 15 year old sister.

If I were a princess, I would

play around the house when every-

one was gone. I would watch TV and

stay up late. I would go to the

neighbor’s house and eat cookies. I

would play all day!

If I were a kitten, I would run

around the farm. First I would go

to the chickens and play with them.

Then I would chase the horse’s tail.

I would roll in catnip because it

smells good. Life as a kitten would

be happy.

If I were a cheetah, I would run

in the savannah. I would hear birds.

I would see lions, hyenas, and ga-

zelles. I would stalk my food. It is

great to be here.

If I were a chameleon, I would

hide and eat and play. I eat bugs. I

hide in a tree. I sleep in a tree. I

see animals playing. I see a snake

coming. I need to blend into the

tree so I can be safe.

If I were a puppy, I would jump on my

owner and play. I would bark because I’m

happy. I would run too fast that I might

bump into something. I would show my

love by licking my owners’ faces. I would

fight with my friend Buddy. I would have

a race with my owner. I would sometimes

go to the bathroom in my owner’s house.

I would eat puppy food. I would be a col-

lie puppy.

If I were a cicada, I would fly to

New York City. I would smell hot

dogs. I would eat leaves in the park.

I would fly on the Statue of Liberty.

I would see buildings. It would be

very fun.

If I were a saber-tooth tiger, I

would run away to the ice age. I

would hear mammoths. It would be

really cold. I would see icebergs and

icicles. I would hunt with my pack. It

would be a cool experience.

my house would be the rainforest. I

would see lots of colorful frogs. I

would hear parakeets. I would smell

unicorns. I could feel the wind blow

on me. I would listen to birds sing a

song. I would gallop to my friend’s

house. I would watch deer run

Neverland. I would eat seaweed soufflé.

I would get to see Tink and her friends.

My home would be a sand castle. I would

get to see Peter Pan and Captain Hook.

And finally I would see mermaids. My

name will be Rainbow. I will see and hear

If I were a mustang, I would live

in the wilderness. I would play tag

with other horses. I have to protect

the herd from wolves. I would eat

If I were a rainbow unicorn, I

would fly around to find an owner.

My new owner would keep me in her

room all the time. It would be fun

because I can try on her clothes.
