“NASA/GSFC personnel must refrain from formal and informal discussions with industry on this procurement from time of RFP release to contract award”
• Black out guidelines ensure fairness to all potential offerors • Bidder’s conference open to all potential interested offerors and any
information provided will be available to all via the EMD RFP Web site on the NAIS - CHECK REGULARLY
