Summary!
GT did not like his upper and lower teeth. He presented with a class III incisor

There was an anterior crossbite. There was mild crowding in upper and lower labial
segments. Upper and lower central incisors were crossed over.!
Treatment Options!
1. Comprehensive orthodontic treatment to correct all features including the posterior occlusion and anterior open bite. Estimated treatment time 18-24 months, however the patient was only interested in anterior alignment!
2. Q Fixed Appliances. Estimated treatment time 6-7 months. Accept the anterior open bite and leave the posterior occlusion largely unaffected!
Treatment Plan!
1. Q fixed appliances to align the upper and lower anterior teeth !
2. Accept the anterior open bite and posterior occlusion!
3. Indefinite retention with fixed and removable retainers!
Post-orthodontic treatment plan!
1. Minimal contouring of upper and lower incisors (patient declined composite bonding)!
2. Whitening (patient declined at this time)!
