Scrum gives back to Subsumption: High Bandwidth exchange between subsumed skills

• If subsumed component has the same inputs and outputs, they can all collaborate.

• If the Inputs and Outputs are high bandwidth, such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Product Increment, we can have complex deliveries across subsumed components.

• If the Inputs and Outputs may be lobbied by other components but without veto power of the owning component, such as meta scrum and scrum of scrums, we have complex learning behaviors such as language requiring many components.

• Scrum@Scale is the method for general AI composed of an ecosystem of narrow AI’s.
