• Remanufactured ABB GTO Gate Drivers

ABB Gate Drivers are designed for triggering largeGate-Turn-0ff Thyristors (GTO’s) featuring gate-turn-offcurrents up to 3000 Amps and off-state voltages up to4500 Volts. The control signal, transmitted via fiber optics, controlsthe output valve of the gate driver. A feedback signal, also transmitted via fiberoptics, is used to check that the gate driver and GTOare operating properly.
