AN ACT AYTHORIZING A RESIDE~~IAL SUBDIVISIONIN THE J:.1UNICIPALITYOF UMATAC, THE SALE OFLOTS THEREIN AT LESS THAN FAIR HARKET VALUEAND SETTING UP PRIORITIES IN CON""NECTIONWITHSUCH SALES OR LEASES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE TERRITORY OF GUAM:

2 Section 1. The Director'of Land Management, with the ,- ~... ~.. " ..
