Individual solution without compromiseThe TOORS GUARDY garage doors are custom made, the bespoke solution to suit every application.

Minimum space requirementsSectional doors open vertically and are supplied with a corresponding lift system. This type of construction helps you maximize the available space both within the garage and in front of it. The whole system is installed behind the garage opening providing full use of the available door opening width.

Comfortable controls for comfortable livingAutomatic sectional door with an electric operator, remote control and other accessories offers both safe and convenient control. 1

Weather resistance ensuring decades of service lifeAll TOORS GUARDY garage door parts are zinc coated. The door leaf which suffers most from weather effects is made of highly corrosion resistant material (DIN 55928-8, corrosion resistance class II or III) meeting the requirements for colour and architectural appearance. 2

Design

All smooth panels (lamela plain, wide central rib plain, flat plain) can

be provided by a foil according to a RENOLIT or HORNSCHUCH card. Chosen kinds of foils correspond

with foils used for plastic windows. We guarantee a long life and high

resistance of foils.

The company TOORS CZ has a wide offer of standard colours available at standard basic pri-ce. But if even no of offered colours meets your requirements, you can choose your colour according to RAL, NCS, BRITISH STANDARD or DB colour cards. Some of colours have to be consulted with the producer.

TOORS CZ disposes of its own painting shop having the complete process of painting un-der control and providing for a high quality standard. The quality of colours is guaranteed by the supplier, the company PPG Industries, the world biggest producer of colours. The precision of colour shades is quaranteed by the technology of colour blending which is a part of painting process directly in the production plant of TOORS CZ. The recipe of each colour used in individual orders is filed and it is whenever possible to paint spare parts or accessories in the same colour shade additionally.Note: If the outer side of the door is executed in dark colour and the door is situated on the outer sunny side of building, a consultation with us concerning technical solution of doors wider than 4000 mm and the choice of colour shade is recom-mended in order to reduce a risk of panel bending due to temperature differences on the outer and inner panel side.

The threshold is 25 mm high and can be used for a passage door in a door leaf made of usual panels (PANEL CODE 300), as well as of panels with finger safe protection 1 . A passage door with an extra low threshold can be built in a sectional door with a max. width of 5 000 mm 2 .

The door with an extra low threshold can be therefore executed with the same accessories available for a standard passage door (panic fittings, panic lock, fix handle instead of a door handle etc.)

Toors Mandoor is a separate door designed for installation next to the TOORS sectional gate. TOORS Mandoor consists of gate panels and the panel structure is similar to the structure of the adjacent gate.

Two-wing door are an alternative to sectional garage doors for closing building openings. A great variability of installation and design forms of this door allows you to find an ideal solution from the point of view of using and appearance of this product. A double-leaf door consists of a galvanized steel frame covered by anodized aluminum profiles and leaves made of 40mm sandwich panels filled with PUR foam.

NovoGate are strong and reliable operators to control sliding gates in private sector. Thanks to a special alloy profile with integrated toothed belt a quick and smoth operation of sliding gates up to the weight of 400 kg can be provided. NovoGate uses electro-mechanical 24 V operator for sliding gates. The control unit has integrated patentregistered electronic running way detection and force observation with automatic stop in both running directions. Automatic return1) and partial opening adjustable are also integrated in the control unit. Our offer includes a wide range of accessories to complete the standard execution.1)Automatic return requires additional safety elements (light barriers)

NovoSwing

NovoSwing is an ideal operator for double-leaf gates. Thanks to used modern technologies the operator provides for a comfortable control of hinged gates with maximum leaf width of 1 800 mm and total weight up to 200 kg. Regarding the integrated adjustable soft Start and soft Stop functions the operation of NovoSwing is utmost economic (friendly) with all mechanic parts of a hinged gate. Integrated force observation with obstacle detection and electronic running way detection provide for a high reliable operation. The standard execution can be completed with a wide range of accessories.

For a small additional fee, customers can purchase a silver or gold guarantee. With some selected panels we offer an extended guarantee of 132 months (11 years). With some selected panels we offer a guarantee of 11 years on the integrity of panel.
