Mandate:Put the interest of the users in the foreground and make sure the tools match the needs.
Mandate:The PLM WG is to define processes needed for efficient life-cycle management of CAE data at CERN and is to coordinate the adoption, use and evolution of these processes throughout the organization.
Meetings:-Weekly meetings: Discuss priorities, particular enhancement and problems.-Monthly meetings with your local correspondents: communication upstream and downstream, consultations.
Meetings:- Twice a week for 2010- Weekly meetings in 2011

150 Users produce the data
The past has shown the need to clean up data regularly remind the vms to unix transition and the CAD migration from Euclid to Catia.
When you start a new design (part or product) check if the model does not exist in smarteam.
A cleaning of the vacuum equipment 3D model has started in smarteam.
Clean your 3D model not used and not useful.Using the 3D models catalogue.

Betemps will make a presentation at the next forum.Smarteam refresh course is always available for all the users having followed the standard course.In case of problems use the CAD Support mail.
