The world's leading Jazz educator and extraordinary saxophonist Jamey Aebersold will be on campus to perform for the USF Monday Night Jazz Series. Jamey will perform jazz classics with the USF Jazz Faculty Ensemble. He will also be giving a workshop on Jazz Improvisation to USF School of Music students.

Facu l ty Rec i ta l : Touch Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 7:30 pm, USF Concert Hall Advance Tickets: $8 Students/Seniors, $12 Adults Day of Performance: $10 Students/Seniors, $15 Adults Touch is the University of South Florida’s iPad Quintet. The group, made up of music education faculty and PhD students from the School of Music, formed two years ago shortly after the release of the first iPad. Touch is a live performance ensemble that plays a wide variety of music from across musical styles including rock, rap and classical, as well as original music composed specifically for the ensemble. This concert will feature collaborations with students and faculty from across campus and will include dance, theater, poetry and video.
