for co-ordinators of the child and family ASYE process

First steps – registering to use the 360 degree tool
Complete the registration form and press the register button when finished.
Once you have registered you will automatically be directed to your ‘Learning Account’.
Before proceeding please double check that the survey listed is ‘ASYE Child and Family’. If it
isn’t, please e-mail [email protected]
Completing your questionnaire
After confirming that you are accessing the correct survey you can add your ratings to the
questionnaire using the Self Survey button within the Learning Account.
Completing your questionnaire and adding evaluators
If you change your mind about a rating you can re-enter it using the ‘clear answer’ button.
If you feel you are absolutely unable to provide a rating you can use the ‘unknown’ button
Adding Evaluators
Using the Overview button you can enter evaluator information and send out requests asking
them to complete a questionnaire for you.
Evaluators are stakeholders such as newly qualified social workers (NQSWs), principal
social workers (PSWs) and assessors who may well have valuable insights and
information to feed back on the ASYE process.
Once their feedback has been given a report can be generated which will give you
tangible data to inform your internal quality assurance process.
You should aim to request feedback from a minimum of 7 up to a maximum of 30 evaluators.
To enter evaluator details please click on each line as above and don’t forget to save as you go.
To prevent e-mails to evaluators being blocked by your organisational spam
filters, please make sure that the
‘[email protected]’ e-mail address is
whitelisted with your IT department.
Briefing your evaluators:
• Take time to explain to evaluators why you are asking them to do this for you and how important
their contribution is
• Relieve any anxieties about confidentiality – all answers are anonymous
• Each evaluator will receive an email containing a link to your questionnaire – they will not need
any other login details
Keeping track
Using your Learning Account you can also keep track of who your evaluators are and whether they
have started/completed their evaluation. There is also the option to resend invitations if necessary.
When the minimum number of evaluators have completed their evaluations you will be able to
download a copy of the aggregated 360 degree feedback report from your Learning Account.
Please note that each time another evaluator completes their evaluation their input will be collated
into your report and you will need to download another copy.
