We have a challenge…The involvement of volunteer advisors in fraternities and sororities is a critical element of the membership experience.

Unfortunately, what role those advisors should play is, at best, poorly defined.

Each professional, each advisor and each student has their own unique opinion about the answer.

The following snapshots characterize some of the most common archetypes we see.

Which one is the best? Which one is right? Are there any missing? We must explore the answers to these questions together.
