  • 2Versatility starts in the feeder. Its ability to process

    an extremely wide range of formats and printing

    stock makes the versatile single-sheet feeder of the

    Printmaster GTO 52 a true all-rounder. Changing

    between paper and card, or maximum and minimum

    formats can be done quickly and easily. The contact-

    free single-sheet feeder delivers precise and smooth

    paper travel. Moreover, the ultrasonic double-sheet

    and missing/misaligned sheet detection systems pro-

    vide the ultimate in reliability in the feeder section

    and ensure stable production.

    The Printmaster GTO 52 boasts a large inking unit

    that evenly distributes ink and delivers excellent print

    quality. The ink fountain with laser-slit blade e nables

    quick and precise ink setting in 16 zones. The alcohol-

    free direct continuous dampening system produces a

    rapid and stable ink/water balance for optimum print

    results. The robust construction of the press ensures

    long-term reliability and will deliver consistent print

    quality for many years.

    Sheet travel and perfecting device precision right

    along the line. Smooth and precise sheet travel

    through the entire press is crucial for high print

    quality. The precision helical gears and bearer-to-

    bearer pressure between the plate and blanket cyl-

    inders also contribute to outstanding print quality.

    The register-accurate perfecting device opens up a

    whole range of possibilities and boosts your cost-

    ef ciency by printing on both sides in a single pass.

    The delivery of the Printmaster GTO 52 has every-

    thing that is needed to deliver sheets smoothly and

    precisely. Sheet brakes, delivery fans, sheet joggers

    and lateral sheet stops ensure each sheet is deliv-

    ered with precision. The line powder spray device

    prevents fresh ink from being deposited on print

    sheets. You can also adjust the powder length and

    width for each job.

    Remote ink control central operation couldnt be

    easier. The optional Prinect Classic Center com-

    bines precision with ease of use. You can perform

    all ink and register settings via the membrane key-

    pad on the user-friendly central console. You can

    also store your settings for repeat jobs. You bene t

    from ease of use, improved print quality and shorter

    makeready times.

    Special applications for special customer require-

    ments. The add-on devices for numbering, imprint-

    ing, coating and drying allow you to nish your print

    goods in a single pass. The basic numbering and

    such as admission tickets, order cards, lottery/raf e

    tickets and invoice forms quickly and exibly.

    The mobile coating unit for inline application of
