The students, who have already applied for ER.GO benefits, are able to get in touch with ER.GO through their own student’s dossier. If you log on to our website www.er-go.it/dossier, you can have access to the student’s dossier, using the same username and password, you used for applying on-line to the benefits application form, in order to:

• check the waiting lists

• view the state of awarding of the benefits you applied for

The Certified E-Mail (Italian acronym PEC) allows you to get in touch with ER.GO in a safe and traceable way. You just need a certified mailbox; and to get it is simple:• it’s a free service, you can make it working with just an application to

www.postacertificata.gov.it;• once you write your Certified E-Mail down in the on-line application form, it replaces in full the

sending of registered post with return receipt foreseen in the different phases of the application notices (e.g.: sending of the printout of the application signed by hand; sending of the lease, etc…) and it enables to receive formal replies, documents and written communications from ER.GO.
