Getting support.

Who do I contact if my Apple product isn’t working?

Make sure you have your serial number to hand.


What if my product needs a repair?

Following diagnosis by our Helpdesk we will arrange to collect it, repair it and deliver it back to you.

We also partner with Stormfront, with 23 Apple Premium Reseller stores across the UK. If you prefer, you can drop off your product for repair. Just tell them you purchased from XMA.

Technical Support and Dead On Arrival (DOA) Every Mac and iPad offered on the framework includes a 4 year XMA collect and return warranty. That means if something goes wrong that we can’t help you with over the phone, we will arrange to have the device collected, repaired and returned to you. If a problem develops with a device purchased through the framework, call our Helpdesk on the number below, ensuring you have the device in front of you and the serial number to hand. We may ask you to perform some basic troubleshooting that could get you back up and running immediately.

These details should also be used to report any devices that are Dead On Arrival (DOA) i.e. they do not function as expected out of the box, within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty Cover

What is covered by standard warranty? • Any hardware failure or defect under conditions of normal use during the 4 year period of the XMA warranty • A battery which has depleted to less than 50% of its capacity

What is not covered by warranty? • A battery that has a reduced capacity but still holding more than 50% of its charge • Damage to the machine or lack of functionality caused by fluid or accidental damage • Cosmetic damage • Software and applications other than where exclusively supported by the manufacturer under their

standard warranty • Defective media retention – an enhanced warranty service is offered for institutions that

require to maintain device storage or have it securely destroyed - contact us for details.
