Implement a separate vesting area in an open or visible space. Choose a space that has a direct line of sight. Keep doors open at all times. Apply the Two Adult Rule. It is the responsibility of any adult present to ensure a second adult is also present. Children must be accompanied & vested by their parent or caregiver in vesting area or sacristy, if separate vesting area is not possible. Adults (excluding parents or caregivers) are to help servers vest by demonstration only. Altar Serving Vesting Guidelines
