We invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following works:

“Carrying out Safety audit of approximately 79 units (Dairy, Chilling Centre, Cattle Feed Plant) “as per given scope of work.

EMD (Rs) 50,000/- in form of a/c payee DD, drawn from any nationalised bank on the name of AMULFED DAIRY (A Unit of GCMMF ltd). It should be payable at Gandhinagar.

This IFB is in two Parts:

Part A is Technical Bid

Part B is Commercial Bid.

Only Part A will be opened on the scheduled date of opening and Part B will be kept in a separate envelope with sealing and signature of the Tender Opening Committee.

Technical Evaluation Committee shall decide whether to call revised commercial bids from qualified bidders only if there are substantial changes in the Technical Requirement Specification based on different Technical Proposals from different bidders and Technical Requirement Specifications are frozen accordingly.

After clear recommendation from the Technical Evaluation Committee, if Technical Requirement specifications are NOT revised, Part B of qualified bidders only, in presence of the qualified bidders, will be opened.

EEEllliiigggiiibbbiiillliiitttyyy CCCrrriiittteeerrriiiaaa

1. Proven track record of carrying out Safety Audit of several continuous processing plant involving use of steam, hot water, electrical safety– preferably Dairy plants and having technical and financial capability to successfully carrying out our 79 units Safety Audit within the time frame specified – this will be judged by our technical committee based on the documentary evidences provided by the bidders in the submitted bids. No further communication will be made in this respect for obtaining any further document.

2. Approved or recommended by the DISH (Director of Industrial Safety & Health) 3. 2 recommending reference letters stating the proven track record of carrying out total

safety audit in reputed Industrial plant having minimum manpower of 100 employees and minimum turnover of 10 Crores of Gujarat

4. Experienced and qualified as specified at least 2 persons in the organization payroll/ associates/partners

5. All the necessary documents and supporting must be provided to establish the eligibility criteria. All the documents asked in the vendor registration form also must be submitted. Eligibility criteria shall be evaluated based on the supporting documents provided. No opportunity will be given for furnishing any further document. So, bid must be complete in all respect with all information and supporting documents.
