Agreement
An applicant shall enter into an Agreementwith the DISCOM before commencement ofwork accepting the terms relating to tariffand other conditions of Supply Code.

EXECUTION OF WORK• On payment of Estimate and on execution
Of agreement, the work of erection of lineand infrastructure is taken up on hand.
• The amount deposited by the Applicant shallbe subsequently adjusted, on completion of thework on the basis of actual cost plus supervisioncharges at 15% of the total cost of the materials andlabour.
• Prospective consumers may be allowed toexecute works on turnkey basis.

Security Deposit [1]Methodology
• The applicants for electricity shall pay in thebeginning a Security Deposit towards theelectricity to be supplied to them as 1.5 timesthe monthly Consumption Charges takingdemand charges based on 85% of contractdemand plus energy charges based on 80% ofload factor plus all other levies and taxes.

• The DISCOM shall pay interest on SecurityDeposit of consumer, at the Bank Rate (as on1st April of every year) notified by Reserve Bankof India or such higher rate as may be fixed bythe Commission from time to time.

CONCESSION FOR USE OFELECTRICITY DURINGNIGHT HOURSThe energy consumed during night hoursas in excess of one third of the totalenergy consumed during month shall beeligible for Concession at the rate of 75Paise per unit.

POWER FACTOR REBATEFor each 1% improvement over 95% Powerfactor, the HT consumers will get 0.5% rebate ontheir demand and energy charges.

AnnexureFORM OF APPLICATION FOR HIGH VOLTAGE SUPPLYOF ELECTRICAL ENERGY (NOT LESS THAN 100 KVA)
(a)I/We hereby require you to supply electrical energy to the premiseowned/occupied by me/us hereafter described.
(b) I/We hereby agree to take supply and pay for the said energy,service connection and other dues including the deposit of such security as may bedemanded in accordance with the rates and conditions of supply in force from timeto time and further declare and agree to take supply of energy for the undermentioned purpose for my/our bonafied use for a period of not less than two yearsfrom the date of commencement of supply.
(c) I/We also undertake to receive supply within sixty days from the date theDistribution Licensee intimates that it is ready to give supply to our premises,failing which I/We undertake to pay the minimum charge as may be prescribed.
