The Light will return soon enough bnow it is time to go within and heal.

    meDiTaTioNof The moNTh

November presents us with a unique opportunity to easeour discomfort and provide us with understanding, which isimportant if we truly desire to heal. The changing weather

brings us to a place where we are mentally, physically andspiritually ready, to go within, to spend time on ourselvesand to heal.

November is the third month of the spiritual year. The shorter

days and cool temperatures of November initiate changes in

our physical and spiritual energies. Weve passed Halloween

and released our burdens, our disappointments, our pain

and more. Some of the releases we experienced may not

have been as gentle as we would have liked them to be.

It can be tempting to hunt for quick xes to ll any perceived

voids or empty spaces from our Halloween release.

Unfortunately these quick xes are not in our best interest,

and like all quick xes they can fall short of what our spirit

actually needs. Pride and our sense of worth can interfere

with our perception of our needs also. In fact, we may feel

like we have been abandoned and are unworthy because

of past actions or by whatever events are taking place in

our lives at this time. We may believe that we dont need

help, that we can push forward no matter the cost and hide

whatever pain weve experienced. These feelings also need

to be examined and by going within, we can nd the strength

and commitment to change our opinions of ourselves, our

journeys, rediscover our worthiness and more importantly

combine these into a personal and divinely inspired healing

    strategy.

Physically, we begin to spend time making our homes

warm and comfortable against the coming cold and dark.

Mentally, we rebel at the thought of being cooped up and

we see the dark as something to fear. Why is it we fear the

dark? We fear the dark because we believe we are alone

and when we are alone our thoughts rush forward to be

acknowledged. Our thoughts; the good, the bad and the

ugly, call us to be accountable and to examine our motives,

true feelings and our worthiness. Yet at this time of the year, the gathering darkness also has the ability to free us from

thoughts that can, in the light of day, stop us from moving

    forward on our journey.

If we allow ourselves the luxury of being cocooned, at least

spiritually, in this time of darkness we can accept the healing

power inherent in the dark. The Dark of the Year, the time

before the returning light of the solstice, we go within to

nd the power and ability to heal and love ourselves. This

is our time in the dark.

How many times have you told yourself that youd workout, if only you had

the time? If I had a dollar for time Ive heard that excuse... New and exciting

research is coming out in favour of shorter, more intense workouts. The

old way of exercising at a slow speed, for long periods of time, is overand done. Short and intense exercise sessions that utilize High Intensity

Interval Training (HIIT) get you better results with way less time invested.

So there goes the I dont have time excuse. You dont have t o spendhours in the gym to get awesome results. A simple 30-minute workout

    is all you need.

As mentioned above, theres a little secret in the tness world called

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This means rather than doing

the same cardio exercise your entire workout; youd alternate betweenshort, high-intensity bursts of exercise with slower, low-intensity periods

of recovery. The research makes it clear that this method of training

burns more calories and builds tness quicker with less time investe. Not

long ago, elite athletes were the only ones beneting from this method

of training, but now the cat is out of the bag, and everyone is open toreap the rewards of interval training. You dont even need fancy equip-

ment or special training to start seeing results with interval training.

There are no real rules with interval length. Varying lengths bring vary

ing benets, so its important to nd which length works best for you.Beginners should aim for no more than 30 seconds of high-intensity

bursts. If youre feeling strong and are in good shape, then go ahead a

push yourself a bit longer. An interval-training workout involves fourvariables that can be modied to meet your goals: intensity of interva

duration of intervals, duration of recovery intervals, and the number

    interval repetitions.

Interval training can be casual, spur of the moment bursts of activity

depending on how youre feeling that day or if youre working towarda specic sports or tness goal then you can take a more sophisticate

scientic approach. The more popular, and eective, form of interval

training includes alternating between resistance training exercises an

    high intensity cardio exercises.

Better yet, how do you know if you have an RSI? Consider whether the mystery pain crops up

in association with specic tasks. Perhaps after lots of computer work your shoulder hurts in

that same spot. Or maybe after a few games of aggressive volley ball your knees are inamed. If you can link your pain to an activity, it is very likely you are dealing with repeated strain.

So how does one deal with an RSI?The best course of action with any RSI is to rest, stretch and ice the area. Take breaks from your task as of tenyou can. Allow yourself recovery time 100% away from the activity (facebook-ing does not count as a break away from computer work!). Learn so

stretches for the area that is hurting you the most and then DO THEM. Frequently. And hold them for 30-60 seconds. Icing doesnt have to me

frozen cubes of water directly on your skin. Really you just want to have a signicant enough temperature dierence between the inamed reg

and the cold pack to have an eect.

So how long should your intervals be?

So what does this magical 30-minute workout consist of ?

So it turns out that we really do have enough time to

get an effective workout in each day. That old excuse

about not having time is no longer going to work !

    Tendinopathies are probably the more

familiar type including tennis elbow and

    carpal tunnel syndrome.* These injuries

involve the recurrent swelling and inam-

mation of a muscle and its tendon with

the focus being at the point of attachment

on the skeleton. Because the activity that

causes the tendinopathy is often a daily

task, the region does not get sucient

time to recover from its exertion and so

    becomes further and further injured.

TendinopathiesNeuropathies can be a little trickier to p

down as their pain patterns are often mo

diuse. A neuropathy can occur when t

structures around the nerve are congeste

and inamed thus placing pressure on th

nerve. Like everything in the body, t

nerves are also wrapped in fascia, a toug

brous tissue that keeps all our parts sep

rated and organized. If the compression o

the nerve becomes great enough, then thfascia can also become inamed putting th

nerve itself at risk of more direct injury. T

most well known neuropathy is sciatica and

is often a result of spending a lot of time in

    crouched or seated position.

    Neuropathies

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome can actually be

classied as either a tendinopathy or aneuropathy and sometimes even both.

In the former, the tendons that attach to

the palm of the hand become inamed

within the Carpal Tunnel resulting inpressure on the nerve. And sometimes

the nerve itself can become inamed or

    otherwise irritated, being a neuropathy.

    Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

    IHearItalltheTime

This month I want to expand on one of Chronic Pains associates, Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). An RSIis the resulting injury to the musculoskeletal system or a part of the nervous system that is the result

of a repetitive task involving repeated movements, forceful exertions, vibration, or sustained or awk-

ward positions. RSI is actually an umbrella term for the hurts and ouches we develop at work, at play,in sports or driving. They generally fall into two categories; tendinopathies and neuropathies.

SYMPTOMS ARE SIGNALSsnt it time you stopped chasing symptoms? These signals that you get from your body are frequently

misunderstood. More importantly, treating symptoms without getting to the cause of a problem canead to mismanagement of your health and more severe health problems as you age.

When you get sick, for example, and your temperature goes up, your body is naturally ghting o thenfection. Bacteria thrive in a climate that is 98.6 degrees so your bodys Innate Intelligence raises your

temperature to help ght o the infection on its own. The symptoms of this elevated temperature canbe muscle aches, fatigue, weakness and general malaise.

The medications that are used to treat these symptoms canead to side eects and even weaken the bodys natural

mmunity. In recent years, the overuse of antibiotics hascreated an epidemic of superbugs within individuals that areuntreatable and pose a serious threat to our long term health.

THE CDC STATESThe CDC states, If antibiotics are used too often for thingsthey cant treat-like colds or other viral infections-they can

stop working eectively. Antibiotic resistance has been a concern for years and is considered one of theworlds most critical public health threats. Widespread overuse and inappropriate use of antibiotics isfueling an increase in antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

In the U.S., antibiotic-resistant infections are responsible for $20 billion in excess healthcare

costs, $35 billion in societal costs and $8 million in additional hospital days. (www.cdc.gov)

A report commissioned by the Canadian Coordinating Committee on Antimicrobial Resistance

estimated that infections caused by antibiotic-resistant organisms increased direct hospital costs inCanada by $15-25 million annually(2).

HOW YOUR BODY HEALS ITSELFMany experts say that it is better to give the body a chance to heal itself with rest and uids along with

chiropractic adjustments that remove pressure from the nervous system. Unless there is an extremeelevation in body temperature, and depending on other symptoms, allowing your body to heal

tself naturally helps your immune system build the resistance it needs to keep you healthy and ghtnfections more eectively.

Consider the case for referred pain. This means you can feel a symptom in one part of your body whilethe cause or the origin of that pain is somewhere else. For example, very often the cause of arm, hand

or nger pain is in the neck. Leg and foot pain will often originate from a problem in the back. Problemswith the gallbladder will often refer pain to the spinal nerve roots in the middle part of the spine and

    vice versa.

Because chiropractic works to restore health and vitality to the nervous system, we are always amazed

at how the entire body often becomes free of symptoms through our work with the spine. Since nervescontrol every cell, tissue and organ of your body, problems in the nervous system can cause or mimic

nearly any and every symptom imaginable.

t is very common to hear our practice members say things like I know I came because my neck hurt, and my allergies and headaches are gone too. or I didnt even tell you about my menstrual cramping

but since Ive been getting adjusted, my cramps have been reduced dramatically. or I sleep so muchbetter since beginning my care.

The list goes on and on. Isnt it time you stop chasing symptoms and get to the cause? You will enjoy amuch healthier life when you

    do.

LISTEN CLOSE - Check in with your bodybefore practice. If youre wiped out, you co

make things worse by pushing through yo

normal routine, so try a gentle or restorativpractice instead and skip strong breathingtechniques. Once your energy improves, you can gradually return to a more vigorou

practice even if you still have a cough or yonose is stuy. If you feel worse after practic

its a sign that youve probably done too m

TREAT YOURSELF - For nasal congestion, few drops of eucalyptus oil to boiling wate

inhale the vapors. Although its still not clehow eective echinacea, zinc lozenges, vitaC, and homeopathic preparations can be, y

can still try them, since they are all generalvery safe.

CLEAR YOUR HEAD - A stuy nose, while

serious, can really put a crimp in your practespecially if you do a lot of Ujjayi pPranaya(Victorious Breath). To unstu yourself, use

neti, a yogic nasal cleansing technique: Puquarter teaspoon of noniodized salt and ei

ounces of warm water in a neti pot. Standiover a sink, tip your head to one side and i

the spout into the upper nostril, al lowing twater to ow into your nose and drain from

other nostril. Repeat on the other side. Youtry this several times a day if youve got a cJala neti can be helpful right before pranay

or meditation practice, or even asana.

SOUND OUT YOUR SINUSES - Vibrationsfrom humming have been shown to open

the sinuses and let phlegm drain, which carelieve pressure and may even help stave obacterial infection of the sinuses. Try chant

Om, or, for nasal congestion, experiment wthe pranayama practice of Bhramari: Press

lips together and make the sound of a buzbee.

STAY UPRIGHT - If your head is stuedup or youre feeling tired, modify or skip

    inversions like Headstand and Handstand.

Shoulderstand can worsen nasal congestioand head pressure.

SUPPORT YOURSELF - Even restful posesSavasana (Corpse Pose) arent easy when y

congested, so instead of lying at, supportback on a bolster running lengthwise fromlower spine to your head, with a folded bla

under the head and neck if needed. This mbreathing easier, and it s more energizing.

Supta Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Poscan also be done with back support.

    A Time To BeThankful

This morning I took a walk through the park with my Grandmother. We

were holding hands like we used to when I was a child. I felt safe anddeeply connected to her, as if we were one. We stood together, feelinghappy and admired the beauty of the green grass and the surrounding

trees that hugged the park. We breathed in the fresh air and felt thewarmth of the sunshine on our faces while we gazed upon this familiarplace. In that moment I felt at peace and in harmony. It was a perfect

    moment.

Although I felt a strong connection to thisplace I realized that something was missing.

I turned to my Grandmother and said Thepark is nicer when it is full of family. She lookedinto my eyes, smiled and replied Yes it is. My

gaze returned to the park to nd that the scene

had changed. The park was now energizedby family and pets playing and having apicnic. I could hear the sound of laughter and

feel the energy of love and joy. In that moment I felt at peaceand in harmony. I felt the connection to this place deepen andstrengthen. It felt like home. It was a perfect moment.

I woke up from this dream feeling grateful and blessed that I was able to

    spend that time with my Grandmother and the clarity of her message wasprofound;

There are three life lessons that pertain to harmony; Integrity, Ch

6th Chakra: the third eye ChakraFoods like purple or blue potatoes, blackberries,

blueberries, purple grapes. However, since it is the ThirdEye, why not exercise this muscle with your food? Try an

eating meditation, essentially take a 3 minutes to eat onepiece of food, like an apple. Connect with it, focus on onlyit, smell it, feel it, essentially nourishes all the sense you can

before you even bite into it, then when you do explorethe ways in which it feel as you eat, and ways to eat it or itchew it differently, then express gratitude for the lifeforce

exchanged to you in this simple act. Technically, that appleis alive until you nish eating it, Kirlian imaging photographycan produce images of an apples magnetic eld which isproof of its lifeforce energy, the same as a living animal orhuman. So say thank you, this is what Grace Before Mealsis really all about, rub a dub, dub clean out your third eye

by giving thanks to your grub. Up next pay attention to howyou feel, how your body responds to what it is eating, youcan even use this meditation to discover what foods you

    may be intolerant to.

4th Chakra: the heart Chakra greenMom always said Eat Your Greens! Broccoli, peas, kale, aspara-gus, spinach, ddleheads, chard, and pretty well all leafy greens

provide a perfect source of balance for this chakra (and manyothers). Just like love, if its good for the heart, green are good forall our chakras. Instantly we know greens are a necessary for ourdigestion to keep regular and to provide brain fueled nutrients. We spoke earlier about charging your food and water in colourprior to consumption, but what about cooking with love? Thats

why my Mom makes the best soup, she it infuses with love for me;he stirs it up from scratch because I caught a cold and she wantso me to feel better. Her intent is the key and thats why that soups so tasty, it hits the spot every time because it is made with Love! This vibration nourishes the body, but also the soul by balancing

all of the chakras. Next time, you are preparing a meal, meditateon it, pray on it, thank it, but most importantly, always season it

    with Love!

7th Chakra: the Crown ChakraFood Medicine: Plums, eggplant, chokeberries, black

gs, boysenberries, purple and black grapes, can nourishthis chakra. As stated, the crown chakra is unique, more

denitively in some ways more "spirit" than "matter."Accordingly, this chakra blossoms with gratitude from anynourishment that comes from sunlight and love, you can

try sun-eating or eat in the sun!

5th Chakra: the throat ChakraSince most foods arent naturally blue,

this particular chakra is easier satised withgenerous and frequents snacks like blue

potatoes, blueberries and blue raspberries.Foods that are just full of good stuff for this

chakra, but arent blue are kelp, seaweed, fresh sh, artichokes, pineapple, leafy greens, cashews, shellsh, oysters, clams, garlic, onion,

coconut oil, brazil nuts, sesame seeds, sunowerseeds, chia seeds, turkey. Eggs are also very

good for this chakra, and you can always hardboil them and dye them blue, or any colour forany chakra. Plus you could always pull out thecrayons and draw some hearts on them too,

    remember Love your Food!

1st Chakra: the root Chakra - redRoot vegetables carry the Earths vibrations, because they grow within the Earth and thereforecontain the essence that the Root Chakra thrives off of. Root vegetables like beets, rutabaga,or parsnips can be very grounding, but any red veggies and fruits, like red berries, apples, cher-ries, pomegranates, also support the rst Chakra. Proteins like red meats or beans can also beassociated with this chakra too.

2nd Chakra: the saCral Chakra - orangeGenerally most tropical or exotic fruits, seeds and nuts, as they mimic reproductive form and thereforecarry the same vibrational resonance that a healthy sacral chakra thrives off of. Orange foods liketangerines, pumpkin, cantaloupe, persimmons, sweet potatoes, carrots. Due to its close relationship withthe kidneys and our emotions it is associated with the water element. So it is best to keep fully hydrated,

remember we breathe out one full litre of water vapour in our sleep, imagine how much you breath outwhen you are active. For this reason, daily pure water intake should at least be three litres.

3rd Chakra: the solar Plexus Chakra - yellowThis is the most commonly off balanced Chakra. If your digestive is off, there is usually a domino effect of imbalancesthat follow. To empower yourself, realize the power in choice and avoid looking outward for acceptance, avoidprocrastination, and eat yellow fruits and veggies like yellow beets, squash, golden pears, bananas, yellow plums, yellow peppers etc. With this Chakra in particular it is important to avoid any processed foods, GMOs, rened foodslike white sugar can be the digestive systems worst enemy. Complex carbs, like brown rice, spelt, rolled oats are aplus. Also physical activity it is extremely important since it tends to get things moving whether they want to or not.

LIKE A CLOSED UP COTTAGE OVER THE WINTER SEASON,STALE AIR CAN ACCUMULATE IN ANY SPACE....

imilarly, stagnant energies can build up inside of a home or within a

persons energy system. Smudging is one method of energy clearing thatlike to use, to ensure that my energetic space is cleared of unwanted or

tagnant energies. I like to smudge myself, my home, my partner and pets,

my clients (upon request), any treatment room that I use and my massageable (before and after treatments). I rst learned how to use sage to

mudge myself, others and spaces in my Usui Reiki Level 1 Workshop. Iave felt a positive dierence in my own energy system, after having my

ura smudged and have felt more relaxed in my space, after smudging myome.

n Canadian First Nations and Indigenous North American traditions; Sage, weetgrass, Cedar and Tobacco (not cigarettes, but natural tobacco) are

onsidered to be sacred medicines that can be used for energy clearing.n South America, Paolo Santo, which means sacred stick, is traditionally

sed. It is also known as Sandalwood. Another herb that is lovely to uses Lavender or any other owers or herbs that you have or would like to

se, (such as Rose petals, etc) In many dierent international culturesnd religions, natural incenses, such as (Copal, Amber or Frankincense),

re burned in rituals, with specic intentions. Each sacred medicine hasts own specic uses and medicinal properties and can usually be burnedlone, or combined with others.

moke is generally toxic for humans to inhale. If you dont like working

with re or smoke, there are soaps, oils and sprays that you can purchase, online or in some wellness stores, which are made with the essences of

hese same clearing medicines. For example, a sage goats milk soap canbsolutely clear your aura, if you use it with that intention, in the shower.

There is also Agua De Florida, which is often used in South American

raditions for clearing and some natural medicine sprays, which smellbeautiful. They can clear heavy energy from your aura, on the spot, at any

ime, in any place, if you use them, while holding that intention.

The vibration of sound can also clear energy.A rattle or shaker, chimes, drums, didgeridoos or any instruments can be

sed, while holding the intention tolear energy. Reiki energy can clear

uras and spaces as well and anyonean learn and practice it!

    do believe that multi-dimensional

beings such as God or Great Spirit,Angels, Archangels, Spirit Guides

nd Helpers, can completely clear energy

nd spaces for you or with you, whenhey are faithfully invited to do so.

Tools and rituals may not be needed

at all for energy clearing, but they doerve as a tangible way of invitingt to happen, by focusing your fullttention on what you desire

    to take place.

f you would like to try smudging, know that it is an ancient and

Four minutes ago, I was cleaning up in the laundry

oom and happened to mindlessly sweep a spider out

her cozy spot, momentarily ignorant to the act

hat a broom sweeping a delicate arachnid out o her

umber could orchestrate a similar experience to an

rena zamboni tossing me of my ront lawn, onto to

my neighbor's driveway 3 doors down.

Sometimes I'm merciless with tiny insects, as many

us are, and other times... I ocus my eyes a ew

nches rom them, observe their intricate detail,

nd experience mental sparks o multidimensional

erspectives. In other words, I can't help but consider

hat a bug's reality could be just as potent and intense

s my own, regardless o me being considerably larger

han they are. I mean, OF COURSE their reality is just as

ntense as mine! To assume it isn't, is like assuming my

erception is nothing compared to what a dinosaur'swould be, just because I'm less than 1/100th the size

a dinosaur. And we know that's not true at all, as

though humans are tiny little vermin in comparison

o a Jurassic creature, the size o a creature does NOT

ways have a relation to its intelligence or ability to

erceive reality at all. There are large animals who are

xtremely smart, and even larger animals who are

ot. There are tiny animals who don't demonstrate

ecognition o patterns, and others who seem to do

o better than some university students. Alas, the size

a body or brain does not always correlate to the

    ntelligence within it.

I'll coness: I've had times where I've squashed an

nsect just because I was too lazy to quarantine it and

ring it outside, and I've had times where I've made it amission to save a ruit y rom a cobweb. I've had times

where I nearly ell on my ace, balancing on a chair

with a mason jar to save a moth in the corner o my

oom, and I've had recess breaks in elementary where

set ants on re with a magniying glass. In act, I've

walked around my grandather's pool knowing that to

very insect apping in the water, or still breathing, I

was God. (I'm not a sociopath, keep reading) I knew

hat I was the only thing that could save them. And to

me, that was trippy, or lack o a better word, and at the

ame time, strangely inspiring. I remember scanning

over the water, looking over motionless, lielessinsects, like the ending scene in Titanic, trying to nd

a sign o lie. And then I spotted one tiny little guy

struggling in the water, and I mean tiny barely

larger than a ruit y. I switly lited him out o the

chlorinated H2O with a net, onto the palm o my

hand, and watched as he miraculously got his sh*t

    together.

My eye was just a ew inches rom his little body.

It was only up close that I could observe the great

detail on his back, which was an almost reective

lime green. I could see his eyes. His wings were

soaked and attened against his sides. His legs were

in a tangle. He started to recuperate by shaking his

head around. He then lited the ront o his body

up with his two ront legs and began grooming

himsel. Slowly but surely, he was able to wiggle one

wing into place. Then the next. He shook himsel

of again, dragged himsel up onto all ours, and

eventually rose of the palm o my hand. As I looked

up, my eyes went out o macro-mode and I watchedas he ew of. It was like abulous cinematography.

I wished I had a camera to record it, because it

    showed that undebatable intelligence, struggle,

and lust or lie is most certainly present in creatures

smaller than THE PUPIL OF MY EYE! It proved that

size is never indenitely associated to the ability to

    perceive!

So, now that we have that established, back to the

love those mornings where it is okay to lumber in bed and move little. Ind it is the greatest time for receiving insight from the dream world and

rom that empty space between night and day. It is a gateway of sorts. Agate of power from one moment of time to another; the shifting of time, imilar to the shifting of one season to another. We have been preparing

ourselves for the dark season and now it feels like it is coming upon us veryquickly. It is time to connect with ourselves in a deeper, inward way.

This morning though I woke up feeling a strong pull to go running.have not been a runner for very long so when I saw the rain I was

pprehensive at rst to move at all. I have not yet run in the rain. I actuallyused to be someone who thought those who run in the rain must be

razily obsessed. It makes me laugh now how quickly I was to developudgements about people. Now I am one of them!

While I was running there were some striking realizations I received fromhe running itself and the myriad of leaves that had fallen on the path. Be-

ng a beginner runner I have to be conscious of balancing the pull to keepunning and the need to break and walk periodically to provide my body with hydration.nitially, I resist even going, and when I do, for about 10 minutes it is extremely diculto keep going at all. My body feels tired and weak and it does not give me any immedi-te pleasure. I have to push myself. There are moments my mind is telling me I am nutsnd other times where I do not feel I can go on. Everything aches and my breathing istaggered. I remind myself to attend to the guidelines my trainer has suggested. Relax myhoulders, straighten my back, let my arms relax. Breathe through my nose. Feel my feet

moving into the earth as I step forward. Work with the earth.

Each time I attend to these suggestions I feel stronger and more balanced. I feel able tokeep going. There are denitely those times where I meet walls that feel insurmountablebut when I push myself beyond them I feel like I have passed through another gateway. Ihave pushed myself a little beyond what I thought I could do. I begin to feel dierently.feel the trees and the earths heartbeat. I feel the leaves as they fall and I feel those that

have already fallen. So many people have trodden over this path that some leaves havelready begun to transform into something beyond themselves. Their original form has

died, crumpled up and disintegrated. They have sunk back into the earth and are becom-ng part of the collective energy of the mud beneath our feet. They are no longer only aeaf. Not once did they struggle and resist. Not once did they fear their fate, the unknown

of what was yet to come. They just were. Oh to be a leaf!

In some ways we are the leaf..

we are a leaf...with consciousness.Being human, with consciousawareness I am being presentedwith many things to contemplateat this gateway; this time of lettinggo, of dropping down into darkness. To allow things to fall away and

regenerate into something new? Ican feel the doors are opening. I feeltremors of change in the horizon, yet am I prepared to wait and listenin the darkness, to move with thenatural rhythms of Life Herself, andbe with what arises? Can I walkslowly through the gates of power,

in the shadows and the starlight?

know not where I am going, I receive hints along the way and I listen. I am committed todoing the work, to following the path and honor the changes. I accept all that arises andearn how to integrate the words of wisdom passed on to me. I am willing to be with allhat is. I am willing to surrender, to allow myself to fall and become whatever I am meanto be.

Are you willing? Are you willing to be the leaf? Thats all it takes. Willingness. All we are asked is to do our best. No one is judging us except ourselves. We have it withinus. We can be here. One little step at a time. With love. One little step at a time.Blessed be your journey. into darkness.the turning of the wheel.
