In the nose it is filled with blueberries, plums and violets. Once in the mouth it is medium-bodied and well-balanced. Good acidity with flavors of boysenberries, vanilla and smoky notes. Tunuyán is considered by most experts to be one of the best regions in the world for growing Malbec grapes. Hinojosa Tempranillo 2008 Hinojosa Tempranillo has a deep, cherry red color and intense, red fruit aromas with hints of blackberry and plum. It is well-balanced and medium-bodied. It also has fantasc acidity, characterisc of this fine tradional Spanish grape, and notes of chocolate and vanilla. Tempranillo, the great classic Spanish varietal found a wonderful terroir in Mendoza, Argenna. Generally, Argenne Tempranillos are slightly more balanced and less robust than Spanish Tempranillos.
