Organizations including defence service or private Organization of repute) for following posts at Khetri Copper Complex, a unit of Hindusta n Copper Limited (A Govt. of India Enterprise).

3. Method of Selection Wal k-i n-1 nterview
4. Date(s) & Time Walk -In Interview will be held on 06.06.2018 (Wednesday). The selection panel of 06.06.2018 will be independent of second, third & fourth interview.
06.06.2018 Management shall not wait for the second, third & fourth interview and shall
10.07.2018} offer the posts to those selected on 06.06.2018. In case the response to the
08.08.2018 at llAM Walk In Interview on 06.06.2018 for the post(s) is poor or if the candidates
12.09.2018 are not found suitable on 06.06.2018 then the next interview will be held on 10.07.2018 (Tuesday) and again on 08.08.2018 (Wednesday) and again on
Venue:-At KCC 12.09.2018 (Wednesday). The second, third & fourth interviews to be held on

Building (Conference Interview. In other words each Walk- In- Interview will be Independent and

5. Tenure Initially contract will be for a period of one year for all posts. Tenure can be extended based on the need of the organization & on satisfactory performance, up to the age of 65 years.(As per Scheme)
6. Eligibility Criteria Refer Annexure 7. Emoluments Refer table in Annexure 8. Benefits (I} The reimbursement of conveyance expenses for local travel for official
purposes shall be paid @ 15% of monthly emolument. (ii) Unfurnished Company's accommodation at normal rent and electricity, subject to availability. (iii)Leave & Medical facility as per the Scheme. (iv) Reimbursement of monthly rental and call charges for Mobile/Land Line Phones as per scheme.
9. Requirement for Candidates are advised to bring the duly filled in application along with one Walk in interview set of self attested photo copies of all the certificates. They are also required
to bring their Original certificates in support of their claim for possessing 20 years experience out of which 10 years should be in relevant Blasting Line in case of Blaster as the case may be, age, qualification, statutory requirement (as applicable) and last pay slip at the time of Walk-in-Interview.
