O LaserMethane® mini Gen2 da Crowcon detecta com precisão e confiabilidade vazamentos de gás à distância. O que era uma atividade que demandava tempo e recursos, agora pode ser concluída em questão de segundos.

Princípio de medição

Ao apontar o LaserMethane® mini Gen2 para um vazamento suspeito ou área de inspeção como uma tubulação de gás ou teto, a concentração de metano é medida através da detecção da diferença entre a luz emitida e a luz recebida.

Para obter alta seletividade e sensibilidade de detecção para o metano, o LaserMethane® mini Gen2 usa um comprimento de onda que apresenta adsorção máxima e é exclusivo para metano.

A densidade da coluna de metano é a concentração do metano entre o detector e o alvo e é o produto da concentração da nuvem de metano (ppm.m) e o comprimento do caminho que atravessa a nuvem (metros) e é relatado em unidades ppm.m.
