Plant Layouts – A comparative overview

An Educational Series Presentation 4/28/11

MVS Engineering Limited, New Delhi Where Innovation Meets Quality !

Page 2: H2 Technologies Layouts

!  On the next few pages, we are going to compare the typical layouts of the various Water Electrolysis technologies used in Hydrogen production.

!  We have considered Hydrogen production stream of 2 x 10 NM3/hr Hydrogen with 2 high pressure booster compressors rated for total 20 NM3/hr capacity each.

!  We are not considering cylinder storage for this comparison. This space will be required for all technologies if the power plant is intending to supply Hydrogen by cylinders.

!  These layouts are based on what is typically seen in the industry and will vary from supplier to supplier.
