How did you first get started in the wireless business? I first got started in the wireless business when I worked at a saw mill down in Tennessee. I started buying and reselling phones while working at the saw mill. Within 6 months I quit the saw mill to focus full time on my phone business. It took 2.5 years of work and determination but eventually The Phone Guy in Whitley City was born!

What do you enjoy most about selling wireless service?We chose to resell H2O service to help bring in more store traffic, plus H2O had a variety of plans that was as low as $20 a month! In our area that is huge because a lot of people here are on fixed incomes.

Dear Valued H2O Wireless Distributor/Retailer,

To prepare for the February 2022 3G network sunset, starting Wednesday September 1st 2021, H2O Direct Now will require retailers to enter a valid IMEI during the activation/port in process.

If a 3G/Non-VoLTE IMEI is provided HDN will inform the retailer, via pop-up, that the device they are attempting to activate will not be compatible come February 2022.

We will not be blocking any activations based on IMEI at this time, but again retailers will be required to provide a valid IMEI.

What changed on the H2O unlimited data plans?The $50 plan was upgraded from 24GB to 40GB and the $60 plan was upgraded from 30GB to 60GB!
